Abstract: With high frequency of damaging climate and in the context of low-carbon city construction, colleges and universities should actively advocate energy saving and emission reduction for the construction of a low-carbon and green campus. This paper, by conducting survey into the current situation of energy saving and emission reduction in colleges and universities as well as what Zhejiang Shuren University has achieved in this field, points out that measures such as enhancing promotion, employing new technologies, perfecting system and making more investment should be taken to contribute to the construction of low-carbon city.

Abstract: Selecting sunspaces-attaching passive solar house and contrast house which have the same layout and enclosure structure, with the software of DEST to build model and simulation, obtained a heating period interior hourly temperature of the two houses. Arranging, calculating the white, day average indoor temperature of solar house and contrast house. The results show that sunspaces-attaching passive solar house can improve the indoor temperature 3°C, energy saving rate is 37% in this area.

Abstract: To make effective use of the granite aggregate resource, and improve the road properties of the granite-asphalt pavement. Firstly, technical properties of various kinds of granite aggregate were tested; Secondly, conduct the mixture design of asphalt concrete with different fine aggregate and stripping resistant admixture and checking the road performance. Thirdly, the asphalt concrete water stability of different kinds of granite was analyzed with the normal water stability method and Hamburg rutting test. The results showed that granite aggregate has the advantages of high strength and abrasion performance; water stability of granite asphalt mixture can be improved effectively by using limestone fine aggregate; adding hydrated lime or cement can significantly improve the water stability performance of granite asphalt mixture, lime hydrate having the optimal improving effect.

Abstract: External wall exterior insulation technology is one of the most common energy-saving measures in the existing residential building energy saving reform, after confirming the energy-saving standards, how to choose the optimum insulation thickness to make it the lowest cost of renovation in the life cycle is of great significance. Taking a dormitory building in Shihezi area as an object, we developed the mathematic model based on life cycle analysis for calculating the optimum insulation thickness. Finally we simulated the building with DeST-h and analyzed the economic.

Abstract: Majority of office buildings in China are appeared in forms of high-rise buildings and have a character of high construction-scale and high energy-cost. The daylighting in office can not only save the energy, but also meet the physical and psychological needs for eyes, and finally lead to higher work efficiency. Solving the daylighting problems in the high-rise office buildings is urgent. The core position in the high-rise building is an important factor to affect the light in office. In this paper, the author analyses the lighting characteristics of three types of the core position, which is core in the center of the building, core at the peripheral of the building and the core separated from the building. Combined with the natural lighting assistance measures, some design essentials were raised in this paper.

Abstract: According to the principles that green sports building should follow are reducing environmental load and the amount of the utilized resource and energy. It emphasizes harmoniousness of architecture and environment. Started with green buildings concept, the necessity for developing green building is analyzed and its design rules are summarized. On the basis of that, the architecture of green sports building technology is presented according to the design idea of sports building and green building,. And sustainable utilization of green sports building is explored on resource, environment, energy-saving, after-use and so on. Then green design for manufacturing is referred to. Based on life cycle, green design for sports building is pointed out. At last, by using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, assessment model is built and environmental performance in design phase of green sports building is assessed.

Abstract: Concrete valuation work is mainly on the composition of concrete raw material pricing, different concrete mixture ratio has decisive influence on the valuation. Concrete mix is influenced by many parameters, such as water-binder ratio, sand percentage, unit water and so on. The mixture ratio is the purpose to research the inner relationship between concrete parameters.In the preparation of the consumption of the concrete norm, analysis to the reasonable mix can not only make valuation work accords with the specification requirements, but meet the practice.

Abstract: Regional materials and mixing ratio of Datong area are used to make the concrete testing blocks. The rebounding and ultrasonic non-destruction detecting testing for concrete strength were done by using the six types of strength grades concrete standard specimens according to the technical regulation. On the basis of regression analysis with least squares technique, the mathematical models between rebounding values, ultrasonic velocity values, rebounding-ultrasonic method values and concrete compression strength were set up by three kinds of functions’ regression analysis. The error analysis showed that the rebounding-ultrasonic non-destruction detecting testing method has higher precision results and the practical value.
