Abstract: Due to high risk and large investment of marine project, it is essential to obtain detailed seabed formation to support designing work, which is difficult to achieve just using traditional investigating method such as drilling. Based on such geophysical methods as water-depth measurement, side-scan sonar and acoustic shallow stratigraphic profiling, under the aegis of drilling work, the paper provides a comprehensive method to investigate seabed topography, locate embedded objects and identify adverse geological phenomena, which is directive to future study on integrated application of geophysical method to marine project.

Abstract: Building energy efficiency is a current research focus. This paper combined actual testing and software simulation to studies the new type rural residential in Chaoyang, study its effect on the indoor thermal environment and energy saving effect. The results showed that the new type rural residential indoor air temperature significantly lower than ordinary one in both vertical and horizontal directions, indoor thermal environment has markedly improved, and heat load indicators reduced significantly, energy-saving rate up to 66.41%, achieved the dual effect of improving indoor thermal environment and energy efficiency.

Abstract: The luminous concrete was made by doping phosphors into the raw concrete materials. The CaO (xDy3+, yNa+ series) phosphors were compounded by high temperature solid state method. Florescent powder phase, excitation and emission spectra were analyzed. The results show that the peak of florescent powder emission spectrum locates at 480nm or so, corresponds the transition 4F9 /26H15 /2 of Dy3+. There are a series of lines in the range of 240-420nm by monitoring the excitation spectrum of 480nm emission. Strong excitation peaks are at 360nm and 375nm. Influences of doped phosphors on concrete mechanical properties were studied. The results show that with the growth of phosphor dosage, concrete compressive strength and flexural strength decrease. SEM images show that the fluorescent powder particle is approximately spherical, and uniformly mixed in concrete.

Abstract: Building energy efficiency is the inevitable way to build and carry out sustainable development strategy, and it is also the inherent requirement to improve the quality of building function. The procedural law which engineering quality of building energy efficiency forms demands that it is necessary for government to put comprehensive and whole process supervision into effect, to pay attention to quality review before construction, to strengthen comprehensive supervision during construction, to be rigid when supervising on checking the quality of energy efficiency project , to be serious to handling procedures and methods of energy efficiency project supervision, and to standardize supervision reports and archives. In a word, all above are to realize continuous improvements and efficiency increasing of government supervision on engineering quality of building energy efficiency project.

Abstract: Based on the energy saving reconstruction of an existing office building in Hangzhou, this paper analysis the building energy consumption through the DEST simulation at the present phase. Then summarize the deficiency and reconstruction of the building, and accordingly we propose a reconstruction scheme for the building which is based on the primary research about the optimization strategy of energy saving. This will provide a strong basis about the energy saving reconstruction direction and the reconstruction emphasis of the office building in hot summer and cold winter area.

Abstract: The cast-in-place prestressed concrete continuous box girder is commonly used in the place where the structures are needed to be subjected to long span, heavy loads and complex curves, et al. Combined the prestress theory with engineering practice, this paper focuses on the theoretical elongation and tension of the prestress steel strand and accident prevention and treatment and other key technologies with “dual control” theory to guide on-site construction and with comprehensive ways to verify the theoretical elongation. The prestress concrete construction of Shoujiang Bridge continuous box girder shows that the prestress construction techniques were strictly controlled to ensure the continuous box girder completed and to meet the requirements of the design and specification.

Abstract: Steel reinforced lightweight aggregate concrete structure is a new type of composite structure to meet the building development trend of energy conservation and environmental protection. Based on the shear tests of steel reinforced lightweight concrete beams, according to the specifications of lightweight concrete and steel reinforced concrete, this paper established a design formula for calculating the shear capacity of steel reinforced lightweight concrete beams under the concentrated loads. The results coincided well with the tests. The calculation method is reliable, which can provide theoretical foundations for the practical engineering application of steel reinforced light aggregate concrete beam.

Abstract: Two bio-based polyols (Polyol-r and Polyol-t) were synthesized from commercially available epoxidized soybean oil (ESBO). Polyol-r was obtained from ring opening of ESBO in the presence of fluoboric acid, while Polyol-t from a transesterification of Polyol-r with glycerol through a litharge catalyst. A rigid polyurethane foam was prepared by mixed polyols (Polyol-t and commercial 635 polyether polyol) with 4,4'-methylene-bis (phenyl isocyanate). The hydroxyl value of Polyol-t was higher than that of Polyol-r, which was also backed up by Fourier transform infrared spectrometry. Scanning electron microscope examination revealed that the foam has closed cells. The test of performances of the foam shows that it possesses an excellent dimension stability and compressive strength.

Abstract: As buildings consume large amounts of energy and thus our environment is damaged considerably, energy-saving buildings turn out to be a focused issue. As a result, reasonable approaches and methods are required to be applied to build energy-saving buildings. Moreover, the whole process of construction project must be controlled in an energy-saving way so as to maximize various benefits, thus bringing energy-saving buildings into reality.
