Abstract:

This paper starts from the characteristics of the cost benefit of the thermal power enterprises, Respectively from economic benefits, environmental benefits, social benefits three aspects to establish index system and to evaluate its cost efficiency, by comparing various kinds of multi-objective evaluation method, select the AHP method to determine weights, and select sort with Electre method.
