Transform Three Mechanical Stepless Simulation Darkening Welding Helmet Design

Abstract:

In order to facilitate the general works fine welding operations, improve efficiency, and will not be ordinary dimmer welding mask designed to be stepless variable optical mask. Manually inserted variable optical mask based on three design methods eyepiece round, open welding vision, and the production method is simple, after the reform of the mask can be stepless dimmer. Cost, almost no maintenance cost, worth promoting. This restructuring of the mask is purely mechanical, without the use of power, battery, more energy saving and environmental protection.
