Research on Cloud Computing Based Computer Intelligent Video Surveillance System

Abstract:

Computer intelligent video surveillance system is one of new arising high-tech application field. In this paper, we proposed a cloud computing based computer intelligent video surveillance system and introduced the main modules of the system. This paper also proposed a new improved method of video motion detection based the comparing of the optical Flow method, temporal difference method and background difference method. Experimental results confirm the effectiveness and efficiency of the model.
