Abstract: Currently, the emissions discharged by ships are becoming more and more serious, which brings a great harm to the atmospheric and marine environment. In order to solve the emissions, especially of CO2 emission, the new ship energy efficiency design index (EEDI) has been introduced to reduce it. According to EEDI calculation formula, the use of new energy technology can reduce marine EEDI. Nowadays, wind energy as a clean and renewable energy, is an ideal alternative energy to be applied on ships. But until now, there is still no definite calculation formula and value regulation to parameters involved in the application of new energy on ships, including new energy utilization coefficient.

Abstract: Diesel engine is the main power of the marine vessel, its thermal efficiency is the highest in all thermodynamic engines, but still more than 50% of the energy is not being used, so making full use of the waste heat of the main diesel engine scientifically and effectively, not only reduce the fuel consumption and the shipping cost, but also reduce the value of the ship EEDI effectively. To be able to design and transform the green ship, thermodynamic analyzing of the ship power plant and master the energy utilization of each part is necessary. Raising the efficiency of an energy system is within the domain of thermodynamics. Raising the efficiency cost-effectively (thermo-economics) is a multi-disciplinary problem in which thermodynamics interfaces other disciplines of knowledge which in this particular case are design, manufacture and economics. In this paper, it introduces the analysis method of thermo-economics briefly, the thermal economic analysis of the marine diesel engine waste heat recovery system is taken based on matrix model thermo-economics, and the unit exergetic cost is calculated. Some thermal equipments of the system are showed with the result of the performance evaluation. The results shows that thermo-economics is a promising tool for the analysis of complex energy systems. This method also provides a great prospect for energy system optimizations.

Abstract: The development situation of power batteries is described in this paper. After a detailed comparison between lead-acid battery, Ni-MH battery and Li-ion battery, it is concluded that polymer Li-ion battery is the most promising power source for battery electric vehicle (BEV). Although great achievement has been obtained in Li-ion battery development, restrictions still remain on the industrialization of battery electric vehicles. Poor battery packs, patent disputes and the establishment of charging facilities are three key problems in the process of industrializing BEVs. Finally, the generalization of BEVs relies on not only marketing efforts by automotive manufacturers, but also policy support by the government.

Abstract: This paper built the customer requirement processing flow for mass customization, and analyzes the customer group’s and discrete customer’s requirement processing flow. On this basis, the acquisition and criterion of customer requirement, the customer requirement information analysis, the evaluation of customer satisfaction(EOCS) has been studied and discussed.

Abstract: The enterprise informatization management and its technologies can input the vigor into Enterprises transformation, and help to increase its ability for the good return, can promote the level of technology and management of traditional manufacturing enterprise from a labor intensive industry, and can move it toward the accurate management. The Agile-Transformation strategy platform is designed as Integrated Infrastructure for Agile Enterprise (IIAE) by our research team. In this paper, we discuss some of the details of adaptive algorithm designed for Enterprises Agile-Transformation including IIAE and relationship of its Main Functions, Fuzzy Neural Network and Its IIAE Application, Cooperative Games for Interval Inventory Decision Support in IIAE. All technical details touched upon obtained satisfying performance in practically.

Abstract: There is tight relation between innovation and quality competitiveness which is discussed in this paper. Nowadays we attach importance to improving product quality under the international economic integration situation. In this paper we present and discuss the innovation how to enhance quality competiveness of new products. Then it is analyzed how innovation has effect on product quality competitiveness and how the contribution rate is calculated making use of mathematical tools. At the same time, the necessity and feasibility of sifting innovation is also explained according to the product-forming process. To sum up according to the study on product quality competitiveness based on innovation, it should be greatly practical, strategic and economic significance for enterprises to set up a system of product innovation management oriented quality.

Abstract: After the enterprise has developed to a certain scale, its logistics and supply chains will become more complex. For example,tobacco logistics network optimization of construction can effectively connect all websites of tobacco production, processing, and management.It can also promote lowest logistic cost and the highest efficiency. For building the best tobacco logistics networks, we need to set a scientific logistics nodes .This article established a mathematical model of a logistics network optimization according to existing logistics network system of a tobacco company and geographical characteristics. With the goal of total cost least in logistics system, the models builded up mathematical models which are based on the distance between each distribution center and each point of sales, unit freight, and shipment of each distribution center, in addition to the delivery requirements quantity of each point of sales.It discusses the design and implementation about the logistics network optimization based on genetic algorithm. Finally, it depthly analysised and verified the model and the solutions through cases.

Abstract: With the development of social, economic, health is increasingly being emphasized by people and has become a topic that can not be ignored. However, having a healthy body also need been the right health care. So, efficient and safe products are more popular with consumers. In paper, a self-service-based and purely mechanical traction treatment bed has been designed. The various parts of the self-traction treatment bed is introduced in detail. The structural designs of its unique folding feature, adjustable bed, a fixed bracket, rotation driving handle, the bottom track sliding, etc., make up for the design of the traditional traction therapy instrument. This traction treatment bed breaks the traditional design style and does reflect the modernist design style in the man-machine combination.

Abstract: In the process of product development, the evaluation of User Interface (UI) plays a critical role, which greatly influences users' satisfaction. The paper presents a new method to build a User Interface Evaluation Model between Interface Quality and Appearance Variables (AVs) of UI based on user preference metric and improved Principal Component Regression, not only remaining all the effective original AVs but also overcoming the multicollinearity between them. Final tests show that the model built by the new methods can provide designers with a theoretical and practical basis for UI improvement to any given product easily.
