Studying on Improving Adsorption Capacity of Pillared-Montmorillonite by Na6(PO3)6

Article Preview

Abstract:

As the raw materials of preparing pillared-montmorillonite, before being pillared, Na-montmorillonite is pretreated by adding sodium hexametaphosphate (Na6(PO3)6) to soliquoid of it. Na6(PO3)6 is used as a dispersing agent. It is shown that adsorption capacity of pillared-montmorillonite on SO42-ion is increased compared with non-adding.
