Abstract: Coal slime is solid waste with high solid content, viscosity, fine particles, which is generated in the production process of the coal industry. The density of its powder is an important factor to affect the resistance characteristics of pipeline transportation. Tests show that when the density changes 0.1g/cm3,the corresponding relative error of pipeline transportation resistance is up to 42%.Therefore, accurate density measurement of coal slime powder is the premise to calculate resistance loss, and has significance to study resistance characteristics of pipeline transportation and guide production practices. Based on pycnometric method, this paper improved the measurement, and adopted self-designed exhaust system, which is simple and easy to operate, and can effectively excludes the air in the pycnometer, thus improving measurement accuracy. Practices show that it is an effective method to measure powder density, with easy operation and high accuracy as well as good repeatability.

Abstract: With the increasing amount of tailings, it has brought many serious problems like take up a lot of land, construction and maintenance tailings reservoirs must be consume a large amount of money. The stockpiled tailings is not only bring drawbacks, but also bring huge economic benefits for us. For example, recycling of useful components contained in the tailings, or use the tailings as a whole. This article introduction the tailings status, utilization and point out direction of future development of tailings utilization.

Abstract: For the limitation of seismic data and the difficulty in the identification of main channel in Binbei area. The patterns and methods of two-dimensional seismic data in identifying the main channel are established. It is supplemented by the electrical characteristics of drilling rock to validate which is channel tracking technology of the three-dimensional spectral decomposition. The prediction of Fuyu reservoir main channel is done. The Binbei area has the characteristics of good inheriting, such as multi-material sources and multi-branch. The channel is mainly relying on northern material sources, and also developed western and northeastern material source. Showing meshes characteristics of aggregation and reradiating. Fuyu reservoir's channel sand reservoir is mainly affected by the control of lithology variation belt, flanking occlusion of river bank. Fault truncated block and the vertical block of initial Pan-mudstone and other factors mainly developed three types of oil and gas reservoirs.

Abstract: This paper investigates the impact of additives and cooling way on the metallization rate of reduction product by the experiment of the coal-based direct reduction of vanadium titanomagnetite ; The promotion of direct reduction product metallization by additive species, additive content, reduction time and cooling way was studied and the optimal condition was found; when used 3% CaF2 as additive reduced for 0.5h and used water quenching to cool down the product, finally got the product which metallization got 93.80% and 42.93% higher than the null sample.

Abstract: It is determined through analysing the feature of tailings of Hebei iron stone, which contains TiO2 7.18%, adopting“high intensity magnetic separation-shaking table concentration. The results show that the concentrate with a TiO2 grade of 27.31%, recovery87.75% and productivity 23.07% and the tailing with a TiO2 grade of 1.14%, recovery12.25% and productivity 76.93%.

Abstract: In order to better exploit and utilize the oolitic hematite ore resource in Zhangjiakou region, staged grinding-separation process consisting of high intensity magnetic separation(HIMS) and reverse floatation was adopted in the beneficiation test on the regionally representative oolitic hematite ore of Longyan Iron Mine, Xuan Stee1. The test results indicate that,with Slong pulsating high gradient magnetic separation as HIMS equipment,with NaOH,starch,CaO and TS as flotation reagents,and at a grind of 65% -200 mesh for the primary grinding and 95%-200 mesh for the secondary grinding,an iron concentrate grading 62.34% and having an iron recovery of 53.07% can be achieved after two stage HIMS and one roughing—one cleaning reverse flotation.

Abstract: Summarized the siutuation of the vanadium titanium magnetite tailings recycling in Chengde, TiO2 in ilmenite tailings grade almost more than 2%, caused by TiO2 resources waste, put forward by gravity separation, magnetic separation,and flotation combined process method for titanium iron ore tailings reelection, and put forward the technological process selection by reducing the grinding fineness, increasing number of handpick and scavenging, adopt combination process and increasing flotation process to increase the recovery rate of TiO2, reduce TiO2 grade in the tailings.

Abstract: For chengde iron tailings pulp, make the pH value, pulp density, density of tailings determination, then carried on the laboratory test, the pulp density 3.84%, use the 2 # flocculant : 1.2 g/m3, tailings concentrated overflow water suspended solid content is 216 mg/L, meet the national discharge standards, by the test it can be used to production water.

Abstract: The grade of the low quality fluorite ore was assayed around 30.95%CaF2. When the grain size achieved by 65% of -200 mesh at the first stage grindings and the grain size achieved by 100% of -400 mesh at the second stage grindings, the circuit of one rough floatation and six cleaning floatation are used in the recovery of fluorspar, the result is obtained that the fluorite concentrate grade of CaF2 is 98.50%,with the recovery of 54.10%.
