Abstract: This paper analyzes current research results of IDSS and researches the knowledge of vehicle maintenance. By using technologies such as expert system (ES), Data warehouse (DW), fault tree automatic generation, intelligent interface etc. based on the development process and characteristics of IDSS, this paper combines both virtual maintenance and fault diagnosis together, presenting an intelligent decision support system framework for vehicle maintenance with intelligent , interaction and integration.

Abstract: In order to analyze the influence of integral-number slots large hydro-generator no-load voltage waveform by the damper winding shift schemes, the 2D moving electromagnetic field-circuit coupling model is established, and the no-load voltage waveforms of a 600MW integral-number slots hydro-generator are calculated and analyzed. The results show that the tooth harmonics are weakened and the waveforms of the no-load voltage are improved observably when damper winding shift scheme adopted. The research is helpful for improving design standard and enhancing the operation reliability of the large hydro-generator.

Abstract: Aiming to the disadvantages of traditional gap adjustment between rollers of printing machine, a method for gaps analysis and Compensation automatically was proposed. In this research, firstly the relationship between gap of rollers and the printing density is analyzed, established a theoretical model on the influence of the printing of the printing press, and a quantitative experimental. Secondly, constructs the analysis and compensation of process printing machine roller gap, and the actual cases are described. Finally, the method of automatic adjustment for gap can simplify the operations and has practical significance.

Abstract: This study analyzes the stiffness of air-spring theoretically and provides the influential parameters of air-springs stiffness briefly. Through the test rig, we conduct the experiment of air-springs stiffness and then get the relationship between air-springs stiffness and the influential parameters; through fitting the experimental data, we get the relationship among valid-area, valid-volume and the vertical displacement of air-spring, supplying the necessary parameters for the development of air suspension control strategy.

Abstract: Mechanical safety design is an important method to improve the safety of machinery. Comprehensive risk assessment for Machinery is an important part of the mechanical safety design. The risk of sawing machine is assessed based on the Basic concepts and general principles for design of mechanical safety (GB/T 157062007). Based on the results of the risk assessment, the risk factors of sawing machine are identified and appropriate safety technical measures are determined. The design requirements of the safety devices of sawing machine are analyzed. The result can effectively reduce the degree of risk of sawing machine.

Abstract: Reviewed the application of force actuators in the optical astronomical telescopes, and introduced the working principle, mechanical structure, performance requirements and basic components of the force actuators; then compared the advantages and disadvantages of force actuator types which commonly used in astronomical telescopes, finally, propose a outlook of the development trend of the actuator on the great telescope application requirements.

Abstract: Winglet is a kind of advanced technology. It is similar to the small wings of the wing surface, below approximately perpendicular to the wing surface, as long as the curvature and installation direction of winglet matched the local airflow properly, the winglet on the inward side force can inhibit the airplane wing tip vortex, reduce the induced drag. This paper introduces the cause of induced drag and the aerodynamic characteristics of the winglet,Further discusses the influence on plane flight performance, including level flight ,climbing and gliding. This knowledge will be of practical significance for guiding flight.

Abstract: Reliability allocation influence factors of CNC grinding machine tools are mostly uncertain and the fuzzy method is one powerful tool for uncertain question. The reliability allocation influence factors were analyzed and the subsystems were divided of CNC grinding machine tools. Reliability allocation weight calculation method by fuzzy mathematics is proposed and the reliability is allocated to subsystem of CNC grinding machine tools by given condition. Fuzzy reliability allocation method considering various factors is practical, accurate and it can be used in concept design of CNC grinding machine tools.
