Experimental Research on the Stiffness of Air Spring

Abstract:

This study analyzes the stiffness of air-spring theoretically and provides the influential parameters of air-springs stiffness briefly. Through the test rig, we conduct the experiment of air-springs stiffness and then get the relationship between air-springs stiffness and the influential parameters; through fitting the experimental data, we get the relationship among valid-area, valid-volume and the vertical displacement of air-spring, supplying the necessary parameters for the development of air suspension control strategy.
