Abstract: With the rapid development of economic and cultural , many cities have built their new areas, the citiesbecom larger and larger, people enjoy the high quality life brought by the rapid development of the citis, at the same time, the lager cities also make inconvenience to them. Green vehicles such as bicycle, scooter being restricted by the environment can't well meet the demand of the students on campus. Due to the air pollution caused by the traditional vehicles, new type of environment-friendly mobility scooter is imperative to keep a clean city. Abstract: With the research of the main structure of the CNC System, the design philosophy of the CNC System based on PMAC in Laser Forming Machine was put forward. This system takes PMAC as control model of CNC and PC as system supporting units, which is a double CPU CNC systemthe CNC system model of "PC+PMAC". A lot of experiments have proved that this system can work steadily and it can meet the demand of laser forming machine.

Abstract: t is a practicable plan that building web-based service system of inject-molding craft and inject-molding tool design technology to push forward computer application in the area. On the basis of analyzing function requirement of this service system, a kind of architecture was built based on application service provider and B/S mode and its construction was expounded. According to current characteristics of each serving technology and user's level, two implementation means were presented, which were automatic service and man-intervening service, and key technology of realization was analyzed in detail.

Abstract: The temperature characteristic of mechanically dithered ring laser gyroscope (RLG) has been studied, based on temperature experiment. Using the method of clustering, analyzed the output of the temperature sensor. Finally, the segmented data was compensated, and the result was compared with that of full temperature data compensation. The results show that: the model of full temperature data compensation method is incomplete. There is still much room for improvement. In this paper, the segmented data compensation model by using clustering analysis method can compensate the gyro bias, improve the gyro accuracy.

Abstract: As an advanced machining technology, virtual manufacturing has been regarded as an useful tool to carry out analysis and research work with digital model instead of practical manufacture. For the virtual manufacturing process, it is a mapping of the practical machining in computer virtual environment, no real production is created and without material or power wasting. Several typical definition of virtual manufacturing dominate in this fields were listed out, based on which expressed an explicit interpretation. Main features and three type of virtual manufacturing, such as design-centered, machine-centered and control centered virtual manufacturing were analysed respectively. The virtual manufacturing system, supported by cutter tool magazine, pallet storage, production database, material storage and NC storage, have been demonstrated in an architecture figure. Finally, the author concluded the important role of virtual manufacturing and illustrated an example of applying virtual manufacturing in five-axis machining process.

Abstract: The principle of offset printing is the graphic part lipophilicity and the blank part oleophobic hydrophilic. Based on the ink-water balance theory, this paper mainly discusses the base paper and the coating formulations of paper-based printing plate. In this paper the properties of the paper-based printing plate of the different coating formulations were detected and evaluated, meanwhile these plates were tested in the offset printing. Based on the detection of print quality, plate coating performance and the number of copies printed, the base paper and coating formulations of this plate was be determined. The results of this study for this plate have some significance in the actual production.

Abstract: Flexographic printing plate based on its soft characteristic has been widely used in the field of printing of corrugated box and plastic film. The system researches on the factors influencing the flexographic platemaking quality were carried out, including the different exposure time and the different development time affected the bulge image depth and plate thickness of the printing plate. The results provided a reliable reference data to obtain excellent printed matter, which determined the ideal platemaking parameters of the same type plate without doing any experiment.

Abstract: Complexity level is one of the factors that affect manufacturing system design and control, so study on complexity quantification is gaining more attention. A method that combined information entropy and system structure factor is introduced to measure the complexity of transmission case production line. The method can realize structural complexity comparison among various production lines that provide reference for manufacturing system design, and in practice systems designed with lower complexity level are controlled and managed more easily and accurately.

Abstract: The three-dimensional CAPP prototype is studied based on Solid Edge platform using the technology of secondary development of VB. The system is able to complete part the selection of machining feature of the part, edit of process information and selection of process. The system finally output process card semi-automatic or automatic, through the module of process edit and the module of process card output module having the support of the process resource management module.

Abstract: The objective of this paper is to introduce a newly developed Hydraulic In-wheel Motor Drive System (HIMDS) mainly made up of a variable displacement pump and two motors. The new HIMDS is primarily applied to heavy truck to improve its passing ability when encountering the low-roads. This paper Not only illustrates the structure and working principle of the system, but also gives a detailed description of calculation of the improvement in traction force and climbing capacity of the vehicle after working with HIMDS. The Simulation results show that after using the system, the vehicle traction force was increased by 23%, and the climbing capacity was improved by 30% mostly.
