Abstract: In BOM product matching, there will be several product solutions based on the matching mechanism owing to the fuzziness and diversity of the customers needs. To select the optimal BOM through the matching process, a quantization method, which evaluates the product solutions according to customers intuitive estimate, is proposed. Customers needs are consisted by many parameters, and each parameter has several values. First, initialize the satisfaction level of every parameter value in the requirements through customers intuitive assessment. Second, as to a parameter, get the difference of satisfaction level of each parameter value by pairwise comparison. Third, revise the satisfaction level by the difference got by the second step. Other parameters are processed by the same method. Then, the satisfaction level of product BOM is calculated by the weighted average of the satisfaction levels of its constituent parameters. In this way, the BOM that best meets the customers requirements can be found out. The feasibility of the method is finally verified through an empirical study. This method can also be used in some other situations that contain fuzzy concept quantization.

Abstract: Product data management (PDM) has been widely used to represent an advanced management ideas and methods, to bring significant changes to the enterprise product management. In this paper, describes the core idea of the PDM system and the challenges for the implementation in tobacco industry enterprise. Then in accordance with the implementation of PDM system, analysis and summarizes the critical factors affecting the implementation of the project both in management and technology aspects for tobacco industry enterprise, and to provide help for the enterprises follow-up the implementation of PDM system.

Abstract: Currently, the traffic congestion is a significant problem encountered in urban development, which should be resolved depending primarily on the management and deployment under the circumstance that road construction isn't able to keep the pace of automobile growth. WSNs (Wireless sensor networks), made up of numerous sensor nodes, form a multi-hop and self-organizing cellular system by wireless communication, which can realize real-time monitoring and collecting environmental information by cooperation. Abstract: By employing sensor technology, control and network communication technology, we develop an intelligent instrument warehouse management system (IWMS) oriented to a typical instrument warehouse in power industry. We develop, test and improve the control hardware module, the instrument status indication module and the related software program. We also make the operational processes, provide a visual and intuitive operator interface, and realize and optimize the functions such as account management, query, breakdown alert and repair report. The implementation in Dongguan Power Supply Bureau reveals that IWMS optimizes the check-in and check-out process for the instruments, shortens the registration time, achieves the goal of automatic statistics, and improves the efficiency for instrument management and the operation productivity.
