Abstract: In this paper we intend to apply a new method to predict tertiary structure. Several feature extraction methods adopted are physicochemical composition, recurrence quantification analysis (RQA) , pseudo amino acid composition (PseAA) and Distance frequency. We construct the binary tree Classification model, and adopt flexible neural tree models as the classifiers. We will train a number of based classifiers through different features extraction methods for every node of binary tree, then employ the selective ensemble method to ensemble them. 640 dataset is selected to our experiment. The predict accuracy with our method on this data set is 63.58%, higher than some other methods on the 640 datasets. So, our method is feasible and effective in some extent.

Abstract: Flake-shape Sendust particles with high microwave magnetic permeability and permittivity were prepared with the method of wet ball milling, and then mixed with the polymer to get a sheet-type composite as an effective EMW absorber. It was found that the composite has a very high shape factor owing to the flaky Sendust particles, which can break through the traditional Snoeks limit, and achieve a high effective magnetic permeability. HFSS simulation results show the sheet-type composite can be used on the patch antenna for improving the front-to-back ratio of the hand-held patch antenna and reducing the EMW pollution around antenna operators.

Abstract: On the basis of laser-ultrasonic machining and water assisted laser combined machining methods a composite processing method of ultrasonic assisted laser under liquid is proposed. As the key of new technology, its experimental device of combined processing is designed. The device mainly consists of laser processing machine, ultrasonic vibration system (ultrasonic generator and transducer), tank and the water circulation system, fixture of specimen. By Using of finite element method nature frequency of tank with two fixtures of specimen is solved under the condition of combined processing. Analysis results show that the main device parts would work reliably under the vibration of transducer. Physical experiment under liquid proved this platform in water could transmit ultrasonic vibration to specimen and the new combined processing is promising.

Abstract: Alien biological disaster risk assessment is a complicated system engineering. Group decision making method was adopted to determine the alien biological disaster risk assessment index weight. We use group AHP to determine the weight, constructe corresponding judgment matrix of the assessment indexes by experts, calculate the similarity of experts according to the judgment matrix, and then determine the alien biological disaster risk assessment weights through experts weight and the judgment matrix.

Abstract: Protein subcellular localization is an important research field of bioinformatics. In this paper, we use the algorithm of the increment of diversity combined with weighted K nearest neighbor to predict protein in SNL6 which has six subcelluar localizations and SNL9 which has nine subcelluar localizations. We use the increment of diversity to extract diversity finite coefficient as new features of proteins. And the basic classifier is weighted K-nearest neighbor. The prediction ability was evaluated by 5-jackknife cross-validation. Its predicted result is 83.3% for SNL6 and 87.6 % for SNL9. By comparing its results with other methods, it indicates the new approach is feasible and effective.

Abstract: On the basis of the analysis of ethylene cracking process, equipment, process control and operation conditions, using process control system simulation platform, Ethylene cracking plant DCS modeling and simulation training system were developed. Using continuous modeling method, combined mechanism modeling with test data analysis, DCS control system mathematic model was established, by which normal operation, start,shutdown process and accident treatment process were simulated. The online evaluating system was developed too, which supply a virtual platform for the training of ethylene cracking process.

Abstract: Using virtual reality computer simulation technology, by researching of the ethylene production process equipment and production process, Ethylene cracking plant modeling and simulation training system development were completed. Ethylene cracking device 3D modeling development scheme and process were introduced, which include the use of 3DMAX software for 3D modeling design, combined with the virtual reality software realization of human-computer interactive function design. Based on Virtual reality technology, 3D simulation system of ethylene plant was realized.

Abstract: A chemical plant in vinyl acetate synthesis reaction as the object of study, based on site data collection and mechanism analysis to determine the auxiliary variables on the basis of on-site data processing, through a combination of genetic algorithms and neural network combined to build a synthetic reaction model. The genetic algorithm is introduced to take advantage of its good global search capability to reduce the risk of limited local optimal solution. At the same time, according to the characteristics of the neural network algorithm to avoid that training is too slow, resulting in not conducive to practical application. For this optimized BP Neural Network Based on Self-adapted Genetic Algorithm, by comparing the simulation data obtained by the instance of the digital signal proved that this method has better prospects than traditional neural network algorithm.

Abstract: With the wide spreading of wireless devices like mobile and tablet PC, lithium ion battery becomes largely used. During the production of lithium ion batterys raw material, large numbers of lithium slag would come into being whose main chemical components are LiO2,SiO2,Al2O3 etc. Meanwhile,with the rapid developing of urbanization, realty business develops rapidly which leads the use of cement concrete to sharply increase. However, production and application of cement greatly destroys the environment and increases its burden. In order to decrease this kind of burden, an effective method is to decrease the content of cement in concrete per unit volume. If lithium slag is applied to supply cement, not only cement would deduce its damage to environment but also lithium slag may turn waste into wealth. This paper uses composite of levigated lithium slag and limestone flour to research the property of green concrete mixed with lithium slag.

Abstract: Coir mat reinforced unsaturated polyester composites have been prepared and the impact toughness has been researched, and the impact toughness model has been established based on the coir weight percentage content, the change laws of each mechanical index have been detailed, thus the optimal solutions have been put forward when the coir content was from 10 wt.% to 35 wt.%. The toughening effect of coir mat on unsaturated polyester matrix is remarkable, the non-woven needle mat of coir as the reinforced body for unsaturated polyester matrix is better than that of random distribution coir form.
