Abstract: About 17,000 gasoline vehicles were tested by an acceleration simulation mode (ASM) inspection. The pollutant emission data is compared and analyzed in this paper. Result shows that the pass rate of vehicle ASM emission inspection fell from 90% to 63% and vehicle emission deteriorates rapidly with vehicle age when the vehicle age over 6 years. The technics and technology of vehicle engine, the different engine ECU management styles also have great effects on the vehicle emissions.

Abstract: With the characteristics of long SRT and high sludge concentration in MBR, the dynamic change of microbial community and the settleability of activated sludge have been the primary researches. According to observation of microbial from activated sludge consecutively, the change of the microbial population had a certain regularity: the free-swimming ciliates, the attached ciliates and the rotifera carried on the dominant populations in turn. With proliferation of the filamentous in activated sludge, the activated sludge floc became closely from loosely, resulted the microbial species and quantity in reduce. The total of activated sludge also rose along with the extent of SRT. The study found that there is a relationship of mutual influences and interactions between activated sludge and microorganism.

Abstract: Based on the wet flue gas desulfurization (FGD) system, we had a analysis on water-consuming. Through the detailed heat and quality analysis of the process, the water-consuming of wet FGD can be calculated scientifically and reasonably. The research has a guiding role in the coal-fired power plant desulfurization.

Abstract: The snow disaster is one of the main disasters in prairie pastoral areas of China. Once the snow disaster occurs, it will cause the death of a large amount of livestock due to the starvation and freezing weather. Therefore, it is especially important to forecast the risk of the snow disaster scientifically and reasonably. This paper proposed the snow disaster risk assessment model in pastoral areas based on the data of environment & disaster monitoring and predicting small satellite. Considering the random of snow disaster's occurrence and the fuzziness of snow disaster risk assessment, fuzzy math method was introduced in the study of snow disaster risk assessment. After the massive experiment monitors and the contrast confirmation with the disaster situation data in National Disaster Reduction Center, the model forecasting result and the disaster situation statistical data have good uniformity from the space position and the risk degree. Study shows that the snow disaster risk assessment model is practical and feasible, and it provides important scientific method to further improve snow disaster risk assessment ability in pastoral areas.

Abstract: Energy efficiency and CO2 emission efficiency have been improved from 2005 to2010 in China, but the inter-provincial differences was larger. The provinces have the higher efficiency, which are located in the eastern coastal areas or the southern regions. The provinces have the lower efficiency are located in the central and western inland areas or northern regions. There is a very close relationship between energy use and CO2 emission efficiency in China. Energy saving is the biggest dominant factor of CO2 emission efficiency improvement. Energy conversion plays a efficiency improvement role in some provinces. But industrial structure is the biggest factor hindering the improvement of CO2 emission efficiency. In the future, we should focus on the rational use of energy, regard energy conservation as the dominant factor of carbon emission efficiency improvement, and excavate the enormous potential of the energy conversion factor and expansion the industrial structure factor effect through industrial transformation.

Abstract: The article proposes the methods to construct the commercial age of enterprises in eco-industrial parks by taking the concept of commercial age as a starting point. With Xishan Eco-industrial Park as an example, it also carries out an empirical study by selecting three enterprises from each of the three representative industries. The research results show that the enterprise age as a representative indicator reflects the characteristics of the development of eco-industrial parks and the changes of the eco-industrial structures. In this way, it will provide theoretical and practical guidance for reasonable construction of commercial age structure while maintaining the industry chain of eco-industrial park and the industrial ecosystem stability.

Abstract: With the design of the aquiculture system, the purification effect was studied to provide the basis for the ecological aquiculture model. The research results show that the organic pollutants and ammonia nitrogen concentrations were reduced to below 5 mg/L and 0.5 mg/L in the system; When the concentration of CODMn keeps above 8 mg/L, the ammonia nitrogen can be removed efficiently; The system is capable for resistance shocking, when the concentration of CODMn increased to more than 65 mg/L or ammonia nitrogen concentration increased to more than 6 mg/L, the system can keep a high purification effect.

Abstract: As a good energy resource, Mine exhaust air has an important value of recycling. In this paper, the heat and mass exchange mechanism and potential of the mine exhaust air heat exchanger (MEAHE) is mainly researched. The heat exchanger efficiency is affected by water and air temperature and flow in terms of double efficiency method. The result can provide the basis for the further determine the thermal calculation method for MEAHE, and lays the foundation for the mine comprehensive utilization of waste heat recovery system design.

Abstract: In order to improve the capacity of integrated management on water resources and environment at county water conservancy and environmental protection departments, a knowledge based system for integrated water resources and environment management have been developed and operated at 16 counties in the north of China. The information technologies such as knowledge discovery approaches, GIS and middleware have been applied in the development of the system. The System provides services of information management, business management, including permit management of water intake and pollution discharge. The integrated management planning platform was developed based on SWAT model. These services of the system have significantly improved the capabilities of information exchange and sharing as well as the integrated water resources and environment management at county level.

Abstract: Cooling water from some plant raises the water temperature. It disrupts the water environment balance, and affects the cooling efficiency of the plant. Therefore, it is important to learn the water environment temperature and predict temperature rise design outfall for feasibility of project. In the project sea area, there are some outfalls existed, so it is possible that the water temperature will be higher than the design value of the project and influence water environment further. In this paper, based on site survey data, the feasibility study are carried out by mathematic model simulation. The result shows that the byland make the water of two parts in the bay exchange rarely. The water temperature of CTA intake is below design temperature, and the water temperature of cooling water of CTA mainly influences about 1 km area that no serious influence to other intakes.
