Abstract: Carbon and nitrogen stable isotopes were studied among different groups and species of marine phytoplankton on the aspect of growth phase and nutrient conditions. Three investigated algal species which represent the Chlorophyceae, Dinophyceae and Desmokontae classes were grown in batch monocultures and analysed for δ13C and δ15N in both exponential and stationary phase. For all the cultured species, δ13C signatures range from 24.77 (A.carterae) to 17.10 (P. micans) as well as δ15N range from-15.66(P. helgolandica) to 14.40(P. helgolandica). These three species (Platymonas helgolandica var. tsingtaoensis, Amphidinium carterae Hulburt and Prorocentrum micans) were also grown under nutrient sufficient and nitrogen or phosphorus deficient conditions. Nitrogen limitation resulted in a more negative δ13C signature, whereas no effect could be observed during phosphorus limitation compared to nutrient sufficient conditions. But nitrogen and phosphorus limitation resulted in a more positive δ15N signature. The results show that the carbon and nitrogen isotopic signature of phytoplankton may be differ among different phytoplankton species, between exponential and stationary phase, as well as between nutrient treatments.

Abstract: The historic villages which located in the Huanghe valley are cultural symbols in this area and crystals of wisdom of local ancestors. It contains rich ideas about ecology and architecture. In the basis of field survey of these villages in Shaanxi and Shanxi, this paper mainly analyze the ecological culture orientation and ecological wisdom of these villages from aspects of plans, buildings, and convictions;and then make the concept of ecological culture well-known and benefit to the construction of New Villages in Huanghe valley.

Abstract: In this paper, I use the ion exchange method for treatment of electroplating heavy metal ions in waste water and I also use a single-stage rinsing and resin enrichment combined form of management, whose wastewater contains Cu2+, Cr6+and Ni2+. The process can ensure the cleaning quality, good treatment effect, which recovers the energy of nickel sulfate and copper sulfate and its returning rate reaches as 90%. That achieved the goal without discharge of nickel, copper, environment and economic benefits.
Electroplating wastewater composition is very complicated, in addition to cyanide (CN-) wastewater and effluent. Wastewater with heavy metal electroplating is the potential harmful categories in the industry. According to the heavy metal wastewater containing heavy metal element classification, it can generally be divided into Cr containing nickel wastewater, wastewater containing cadmium (Ni), (Cd) wastewater, wastewater containing copper (Cu), zinc(Zn), gold(Au) from wastewater, wastewater containing silver(Ag). Electroplating wastewater treatment is widespread attention at home and abroad, which has various developed management technology and management of toxic to nontoxic, changing harmful wastewater into harmless water. Then we can recover those precious metals. Water recycling and other measures are helpful to eliminate and reduce the emission of heavy metals. With the rapid development of electroplating industry and increasing requirements of environmental protection, current electroplating wastewater treatment has begun to enter into the clean production process. According to total circular economy integration phase, the recycling of resources is the main development direction [1].

Abstract: Real estate is the largest industry that consumes resources, energy resources, land. Such as air pollution, water pollution, building and living garbage pollution, noise pollution, light pollution, they are seriously impact on the residents' living environment quality, and bring great challenges to the citizen's environmental rights. we should uphold these Principles Including of precautionary principlepriority to the interests of citizens livingConsumer Protection and Balance of interests. When we do it, the harmonious development of man and nature will come true.

Abstract: Ecological-cultural industry is low-carbon creative industry guided by ecological culture, which is characterized by creative industry, green ecology, economic benefits, blending development. The development of ecological-cultural industry is the inner requirement to implement the scientific outlook on development, is the objective demand of the construction of ecological culture, is an important manifestation of the revival of the cultural industry, and is the main way to enhance ecological-cultural soft power. To speed up the development of ecological-cultural industry, we should vigorously promote the concept of ecological civilization, strengthen policy support and guidance, rely on scientific and technological advancements, conduct international exchanges and cooperation, and pay attention to the training and introduction of cultural talents.
The report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China discusses systematically "propel ecological civilization construction vigorously". For the first time, put ecological civilization construction, economic construction, political construction, cultural construction and social construction together to form the "five-in-one" overall layout of construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics as a separate chapter.[1] Ecological culture is an important part of ecological civilization, is an advanced culture which inherits of the traditional Chinese outstanding culture and ecological wisdom, fuses modern civilized achievements and spirits of the times, and promotes harmonious development of man and nature. Ecological-cultural industry is a combination of ecological concept and cultural industry, is an important part of constructing ecological civilization, and is a new trend of global economic and social development.

Abstract: As the sewage treatment keeps increasing every year, the sludge output from municipal sewage plant increases dramatically. The emission of the sludge without proper treatment pollutes the water and the atmosphere again. It not only slows down the effectiveness of sewage treatment systems, but also threatens the environment and humans activity. In this paper, the current situation of sludge treatment was explored. Based on the systematic research on sludge treatment of municipal sewage plants in Tianjin, some current problems were pointed out. The advices about sludge treatment of municipal sewage plant in Tianjin are outlined.

Abstract: In the initial operation stage of some ore wharf, the silting situation appears in the wharf apron; through the on-spot hydrological, geological and topographic survey and combination with a lot of previous data and the project implementation, the research is made into the hydrodynamic sediment conditions in the water area and the changes of topographic erosion and siltation. The analysis shows that the siltation is related to many factors, including: the natural siltation effect, the effect of erosion adjustment period, the effect of sand excavation and dredging, and the effect of wharf construction. Among which, the local excavation in the rear of the wharf under construction has a great effect on the siltation of the wharf apron.

Abstract: This paper gives a review on the study of related factors of non-point source pollution (NPS) in water cycle. Hydrological process features, underlying surface conditions, human activities are sorted to introduce the recent research on NPS progress. Several major factors are divided in each item with developing process. The NPS models in world are introduced as well. Additionally, control approaches for NPS and their effects are summarized. Furthermore, the potential trends of NPS study are discussed.

Abstract: The awareness for public participation and environmental protection in China are weak, their activities to participate are in lower class which shows short of more people, reasonable mechanism and efficient result. This paper is based on the characteristics from public participation in environmental protection to describe the current conditions in China. Then it analyzes the phenomenon, points out being problems and puts forward some solving methods.

Abstract: In order to grasp the effect of porous medium particle size on groundwater recharge clogging. Measure the water flux of porous medium with different particle, by indoor soil column experiment simulating the process of groundwater recharge clogging. The results show that porous medium particle size is proportional to the initial water flux and the clogging occurred time, and is negatively correlative to clogging degree. When lay out wells in the water source heat pump works, should give full consideration to the effect of local hydrogeological conditions on groundwater recharge. It provides a scientific reference to prevent groundwater recharge clogging and the choice of recharge wells location.
