Abstract: To solve the problem of difficulty to get accurate value of qualitative evaluation index of materiel support plan in work phase, and it is difficult to get expertise of experts which full of subjective in weight ascertaining sometimes, the paper introduce fuzzy theory to the process of materiel support plan evaluation, give membership function of qualitative evaluation index, on the base of membership function, remove fuzzy of the index by the method of barycenter, calculate the offset with genetic algorithm. By using the data of materiel support plan to train and predict, the value of the index get by this method are accurately. The result can be a useful consult for evaluate materiel support plan.

Abstract: This paper applies case-based reasoning approach in university-industry problem-solving to solve problems emerged in knowledge flow when companies cooperate with universities. Solve the problems or conflicts in this domain are very important for companies, because these will decide whether companies could get competitive advantages or not. Capturing and preserving past experiences and knowledge of individuals in company by CBR will form corporate memory which facilitates the cooperation. Case structure and case features are presented in this paper.

Abstract: In reality, artificial factors are stronger in evaluating the comprehensive system during either the establishment of index system or the determination of the evaluation weight. In the paper it is discussed that rough set theory is applied to determine weight of comprehensive evaluation index, try to mine information from the data and to overcome the subjectivity of the weight setting in evaluating. We analyze a case using the designed program.

Abstract: Scientific and logical planning of technical data, which is the foundation to equip technical data efficiently, is an effective way to quickly transfer the equipment into combat effectiveness and support capability. With the transformation of war pattern and increase of equipment complexity, the critical role of equipment technical data in equipment support has become increasingly prominent. This paper focuses on the effective way to work out systematic planning method of equipment technical data. Beginning with equipment technical data concept and status, the paper studies the general idea of equipment technical data planning, makes deep analysis of specific planning process, and puts forward an instructive output model. It is expected to offer an instruction to scientific planning of equipment technical data, so as to accelerate transformation of new equipment into combat effectiveness, and improve equipment support capacity.

Abstract: Currently the development of third-party logistics enterprises in China is facing opportunities and challenges, and urgently needs new management model. This paper discusses the third-party logistics system based on lean logistics from four aspects: lean-agile distribution, value stream analysis, the SLP and information platform construction. This study establishing a new management model provides innovative ideas and methods to third-party logistics enterprises to effectively promote the transformation and upgrading of the third-party logistics business models.

Abstract: Equipment spare parts in equipment maintenance play an important role in the management, maintenance and repair of damaged equipment. Information system of spare parts supply is constructed based on supply chain. The generic configuration of supply chain is introduced, based on which the information system of spare parts supply is established. The proposed information system includes three levels. The lowest level is spare parts supply entity level which mainly includes all sorts of entities involved in spare parts supply activities. The middle level is spare parts data collecting level which including information resources integrating platform and spare parts information data collecting platform. The highest level is spare parts data releasing level which includes common information platform and management information platform. The optimization of spare parts supply system architecture is also proposed through analyzing the business process of spare parts. The proposed information system architecture provides an effective method and design thought for spare parts supply chain design and optimization.

Abstract: This paper studies the impact of new telecom services tariff on the customers inside (customers who have ever chosen the original telecom service packages) and the revenue variation from the perspective of utility and customer choice behavior. On the basis of the quantification of telecom services tariff, a measurement model is built through multi-nominal logit (MNL) choice rule to predict the impact. Important indicators such as utility of service packages, transfer probability of the customers inside and expected change of revenue are obtained, which are useful for market orientation, revenue prediction and optimization management of the new telecom services tariff.

Abstract: Strategic alliance is an important business mode for Chinese logistics companies internationalization, and the profit distribution among companies is the key issue maintaining the alliances stability. This article tries to solve the profit distribution issues in the international strategic alliance based on Shapley value, meanwhile, points out the problems still remain in the original model, establishes a new model by revising Shapley value method based on considering elements including risks, investments, extra contribution and company capability. The new model has been tested and verified, and can ensure more reasonable profit distribution among alliance members, and can benefit the persistency of the alliance.

Abstract: The paper analyzes the relationship between behavior idiosyncrasies of independent director and corporation performance. The research indicates that attendance meeting times of independent director and the supervision proposal have great positive impact on corporation performance, but strategic proposal has negative influence on corporation performance. And the quantity of proposal has certain positive relationship between corporation performance.
