Because lost circulation of drilling fluids and cement slurry could take place in the target sections, the controlling measures were studied. There were several processing measures. And Lost circulation materials (LCM) could be used when the loss of circulation happened. The test and processing methods were also introduced.

Abstract: This Extended-reach horizontal wells lies in Guanabo block of Cuba, using the KCl polymer drilling fluid system which has strong inhibition. To strengthen the drilling fluid inhibition, it keeps the concentration of GW FA-367 at around 0.5% in the construction, KCl is 8%~10%, GW POLYCOL is 2% ~ 3%, it also takes the use of other assorted maintenance treatment measures at the same time. The results of application show that, compared with other wells of this region, this well greatly shortens the drilling cycle, reduces the accident rate and the drilling cost, the drilling fluid lubricity is good.

Abstract: Based on ESTs of Japanese flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus) in the public database, EST-SSR makers were developed after mining and evaluating SSRs in them by bioinformatics methods. 5 927 non-redundant ESTs of Japanese flounder were screened and 390 SSRs were mined out. The frequency of these EST-SSRs was 7.95% and the average distance of distribution was 7.9 kb in non-redundant ESTs. The dinucleotide repest motif was dominant type (59.02%) with repeat motif AC being the most common (16.91%). The distribution of trinucleotide, tetranucleotide and hexanucleotide repeats were dispersive. 30 primer pairs for EST-SSRs were designed, 27 primer pairs showed the amplification, and 17 primer pairs showed polymorphisms, the rates of polymorphic EST-SSRs were 62.96% with the alleles per locus ranging from 2 to 6 (mean 3.5). The observed (HO) and expected (HE) heterozygosities of these EST-SSRs were 0.280.92 and 0.31550.8033, respectively. Two EST-SSR loci significantly deviated from the HardyWeinberg equilibrium (HWE) expectation, and theremaining 15 loci were in HWE. These new EST-SSR markers would provide sufficient polymorphism for population genetic studies and genome mapping of Japanese flounder.

Abstract: Due to mandatory emission reduction and rising oil prices electric vehicles are about to be introduced in mass markets. This paper presents a system dynamics model of Chinas development strategy of electric vehicle industry. The focus of the paper is to study the influence of four major dynamic factors government policies, technology innovation, market demand and competitive ability. It gives an overall scenario of the development and highlights the major problems faced by Chinese electric vehicles industry, and how SD modeling can be used for the analysis of the industry developing policy. The model has been used to simulate the influence of these dynamic factors for 20 years, and a serious of policy tests and some useful policy suggestions were put forward. The result suggested that government support will still play a key role in a long-term.

Abstract: Study on the applications of association rule mining in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) knowledge and experience is carried out in this paper. The association rules of disease symptoms and syndrome differentiation, syndrome differentiation and prescription, disease symptoms and prescription are mined by analyzing the cases of patients with chronic gastritis, and then the mined association rules are interpreted that provide the beneficial reference for data mining technology in TCM.

Abstract: ShenGuang III (SGIII) facility will be constructed for research in Inertial Confinement Fusion. In this paper, general structure layout and design of target area of SGIII facility are described. Target area structure support system must provide a stable and precisely platform for optical elements before and during a shot. General structure layout must satisfy the mul-function consideration and logistic priority. The modularity and hardware commonality, cleanliness, and low neutron activation should be considered in the structural design of target area. The general structure layout of target area is rectangle. The target bay and the switchyard have the multi-layered layout to satisfy the demand of transporting beam lasers unidirectionally from south to north and supporting the optics modules and physical diagnostic instruments with different height. The passageways of population & goods flow of target area are designed to include the vertical channels between the different layers and the horizontal channels on the same layer. The opto-mechanical elements (OM) are classified as OM1, OM2, and OM3. The OM1 are the infrastructures. The OM2 include target chamber, the shell of final optics assemblies, the mirror frames, and the beam enclosures. The OM3 is line replaceable units that are attached to the OM2 on kinematic equivalent three-vee mounts.

Abstract: Mechanical Safety is very important in safety production. Not only China, the machinery safety issues are still not optimistic. Safety becomes more and more important nowadays. So, to ensure the mechanical safety is not ones responsibility but all society. Measures must be taken jointly by the government, social organizations, enterprises and technical institutes to maintain the machinery safe. Government should develop the safety standards, the same as certification for social organizations. For enterprises, they must ensure that mechanical products meet the safety requirements. Strengthen the safety management in production process is the responsible of technical institutes. Together through a series of measures to make the mechanical safety situation has a good development in China.

Abstract: The block within the jurisdiction of Zhao II oil transfer station in Daqing Oilfield is low permeability area. The wells are in condition of low liquid production, high water cut, low temperature environment and poor geological. So a high energy consumption of oil gathering is caused. In order to save the energy, the energy balance model of Zhao II oil transfer station gathering and transportation system was established. Combining with production data, the energy consumption proportion and the main problems were analyzed. And the corresponding optimization programs were proposed. The results showed that Zhao II oil transfer station was expected to conserve 48.97m3/h natural gas and 47.2kW·h/h electricity after optimization. Energy efficiency of station increased 1.32%.The energy-saving effect was significant.

Abstract: From the perspective of improving single well production and wellbore stability, stress field and natural fractures are the factors which have to be taken into account in the development of horizontal wells of the complex carbonate oil and gas fields in Kuqa piedmont and platform-basin transitional area. On the one hand, as the present stress field is the key factor to control fracture permeability, the trajectory of horizontal wells should pass through fracture system with good permeability as much as possible, being conducive to the effective stimulation of the reservoir. On the other hand, at the state of specific stress, the stability of well trajectory varies with directions. Therefore, before drilling horizontal wells, it is necessary to fully analyze the quantitative relationship between the present stress state and natural fracture occurrence and mechanical characteristics, etc., to optimize and determine a well trajectory conducive to high yield and wellbore stability. In this study, firstly, the fundamental principles for evaluating the present stress state and analyzing the relationship between the stress and fractures were described. Then based on the relationship between them, the occurrence and longitudinal positions of permeability fractures were analyzed. Apart from that, the stability index and fracture opening pressure distribution of wells in different directions at given stress state and fracture system were also analyzed. Finally, the optimization scheme for trajectory of horizontal wells under complex conditions was discussed with three aspects taken into account, i.e. best drilling in permeability fractures, wellbore stability and drilled reservoir stimulation.

Abstract: In this paper, built fire control safety evaluation index system according to the underground engineering characteristics of fire and introduce a method to determine the weighing values for assessment index. Put fuzzy comprehensive assessment method on underground engineering of fire safety assessment, then use fuzzy mathematics theory build a model of engineering of fire safety assessment fuzzy evaluation, and through the underground engineering design of fire safety assessment, to prove its scientific and effective.
