Abstract: By considering the current situation of talents in equipment manufacturing, the development trend, and the demands for talents in equipment manufacturing industry in China, this paper will represent the achievements which have been attained in higher technical education in recent years. Meanwhile, some problems, such as low innovative and practical abilities in talents cultivating still exist. After analyzing these situations, the conclusions were deduced: educational administrators, relevant industrial enterprises and technical education colleges should cooperate in order to promote the reformation and development of higher technical education in a deep insight.

Abstract: Analysis on the learning situation of the engineering drawing course in our college is carried out. The teaching method that basic object is applied to the course when students study the content of point, line, surface is proposed, and the course content is adjusted correspondently. The concrete implementation of new method is also introduced, and the teaching practice shows that the new teaching method is more conducive to improve the teaching quality.

Abstract: A remote monitor system was came up with in this paper aiming at dynamically monitor agriculture equipment working status. The system used Zigbee based portable data terminal as data collector, ARM11 based embedded system as wireless gateway, and laptop as remote monitor device. An embedded software based on WinCE6.0 was developed for data processing and transmitting, and a VC++ based software was developed for remote monitor, data store and alarm. In order to verify the performance of the system, a working subsoiler stress measurement test was made in soil-bin, the result indicated the system showed a high performance in data collection, transmission, processing and remote monitor, and could provide a support in agriculture equipment working status monitor.

Abstract: In the era of knowledge and low-carbon economy, how environmental regulation can affect the performance of high-tech industry has become a hot topic in many academic studies. Basing on the study sample of the high-tech industry, this paper develops the scales of environmental regulation and the performance of high-tech industry, and then tests the impact of environmental regulation on the performance of high-tech industry through SEM. The results show that command-control environmental regulation has insignificant affect on high-tech industry economic performance, ecological performance and technological performance, but incentive environmental regulation and voluntary environmental regulation have significant positive effect on high-tech industry economic performance, ecological performance and technological performance.

Abstract: Conductor scheme is one of most key issues in the design of the transmission lines project, and it is significant for the construction cost and safe operation of transmission lines project. It can be aslo concluded from analysis on application of existing conductor that the appropriate decrease of number of bundle conductor and increase of the conductor cross-section will reduce lines loss, which has remarkable social-economic benefits. In this paper, the economic analysis of large cross-section conductor is conducted based on ±800kV DC Project. Some useful suggestions are given.

Abstract: This article establishes analysis model based on Multiple Nonlinear Regression and analyses the model using SPSS. Then eight indexes such as storage of Material sources are selected as independent variable, and make an empirical analysis by survey data of 40 debris flow valleys. Finally, the test results show that both the importance analysis of the impact factors of debris flow and the rank deviation of risk assessment are right. Moreover, using multiple nonlinear Regression model and SPSS to assess the risk of debris flow is proved feasible.

Abstract: The traditional thesaurus have rich vocabulary and clear semantic structure which is easy to be extracted concepts and relationships, providing great convenience for ontology building. Chinese thesaurus is a large-scale comprehensive science and technology retrieval tools which has its own characteristics and the vocabulary range includes all fields such as natural science, medicine, agriculture and engineering technology. Domain ontology construction from Chinese Thesaurus need to clear the definition and semantic relation of descriptors, including two important tasks: the core concept selection and the transformation of relationship between concepts.
