Abstract: Every application systems must provide different menus for different users and its corresponding operation authorities of different roles. While static menus, hidden menus and disabled menus lack flexibility, dynamic menus can overcome this shortcoming. In this paper, based on the theory of role-based access control, we propose the mechanism of different roles have different authority and dynamically generate corresponding dynamic menus. Whats more, we instantiate corresponding basic data table and relational data table, introduce the key techniques of using C# to implement dynamic menus and develop corresponding system. This system can timely generate dynamic menus according to the changes of relationship tables and entities, which make the system, have good usability and scalability.

Abstract: The first and critical step in the process of an iris recognition system is iris segmentation. Firstly, we detailedly describe the process of pupil and iris localization based on Chan-Vese model. Secondly, we describe the process of unwrapping iris annule region, and obtain rectangular image with the same width but different height. Thirdly, cut rectangular iris image to get normalized image. Fourthly, Multi-channel 2D Gabor, 1-D wavelets and zero-crossing methods were used to extract feature; consequently, decidability indexes of intra-class and inter-class were obtained. Finally, comparatively analyze the pros and cons of the proposed method. Three public iris images databases were taken as experimental samples, the experimental results on these image samples demonstrate that the proposed algorithm has certain advantage.

Abstract: Ship internal equipment vibration will cause the imaging system platform vibration, resulting in blurred images. Wiener Filter is often used to restore the motion blurred image. The principle of the method expects to minimize the mean square error between the restore image and original image. However, this method has some constrains, and it generates ringing effect easily. In order to get high quality restore image, eliminate the ringing effect, a new approach based on an adaptive genetic algorithm (AGA) Wiener Filter was proposed, which automatically adjusts the SNR parameter value for Wiener Filter, this method selects crossover probability and mutation probability according to the fitness values of the object function, therefore reduces the convergence time and improves the precision of simple genetic algorithm (SGA), insuring the accuracy of parameter selection, effectively reducing the ringing effect after image restoration, improve image quality of restoration.

Abstract: To improve efficiency for record linkage with keeping high recall, technique of multiple signatures that groups an object into several clusters have been applied in many domains. Thus leads to redundant comparisons for a pair of source and target object. Based on MapReduce model, we propose a redundancy pruning approach to prune redundant pairs before final similarity computation. Our approach is implemented on two consecutive MapReduce phase, and then is evaluated on 2 practical datasets and shows good pruning ability.

Abstract: Current paper on information system management indicates that the most of information systems either are considered a failure or challenged. These projects are characterized by overspend, exceeding time, and failing to meet customer hope. The fact that most projects fail emphasizes the need for research regarding the feasibility that leads to information system with good performance or failure. This paper presents a method for information system with good performance. Based on deep analysis of current paper on software with good performance feasibility, an method is formalizing. The new framework shows feasibility that have to be carefully considered in order to get information system with good performance. The feasibility included in the framework is divided into four categories: management feasibility, technical feasibility, staff feasibility, and social feasibility. The framework is new because it includes many factors that are not founding together in any of the previous similar architectures.

Abstract: As increasing data have been collected in many applications, we have to face with millions of data in record linkage. With respect to traditional methods, there comes out a big challenge in performance while dealing with massive data. Parallel computing framework, such as MapReduce, has become an efficient and practical way to address this problem. In this paper, we propose a practical 3-phase MapReduce approach that fulfills blocking, filtering, and linking in 3 consecutive processes on Hadoop cluster. Experiments show that our approach functions efficiently and effectively with keeping high recall in contrast to tradition method.

Abstract: In a Web Service-Based System (WSBS) development life cycle, decision of preexisting Web Services is an important task. Every Web Service that has to be reused has an associated risk of failure of not meeting the functional and non-functional requirements. In case of WSBS development there can be many choices possible from amongst the Web Services for a particular situation. The previous Process models in WSBS development do not explicitly specify the key phases and sub-phases which essentially clarify the way Web Service decision, WSBS plan, and, maintain are dependent on each other, and, the nature of key activities that are required to be accomplished during those phases. This understanding is essential to devise an appropriate WSBS development approach. An important concern is the failures of SP Web Services during later stages of development. This can lead to increased integration and maintain cost making WSBS development unprofitable undertaking.

Abstract: In recent years large corporations as well as smaller commercial enterprises have begun to devote increased attention to system error correction and system quality. This paper introduces a novel toolthe Structure for Information System Error Correction (SISEC), implemented by the author and applicable for auto-generation of data. The paper discusses system requirements, design, architecture and modes of operation. It also contains a detailed comparison of the SISEC structure with existing confirming environments, focusing in particular on the SACK/SACX structure. The final section is devoted to experimental research into the availability of the presented tools in various projects and configurations, as reflected by quality examination.

Abstract: As an important branch of multi-sensor information fusion, image fusion has been applied in many areas. During the past years, many algorithms have been proposed to solve the fusion issue. However, research on the objective performance evaluation of image fusion is relatively less. Basic methods for image fusion evaluation usually include subjective evaluations and objective evaluations. The evaluation of fused images is regarded as multi-attribute decision-make problem, thus a novel synthesis approach using grey intuitionistic fuzzy sets is proposed. The proposed approach constructs the membership function and non-membership function by the grey correlation degree, thus the intuitionistic fuzzy sets are established. The results show that the proposed approach has better performance.
