Abstract: College PE teaching is a weak link in Chinas higher education. The modern information technologies applied in college PE teaching also appears insufficient. PE, as a rather special subject, the special nature of its teaching is also strong. Thus, the special nature of modern information technologies applied in college PE teaching shall also be highlighted. The applications of information technologies in college PE teaching produce positive impacts. However, we also find out that currently, the applications of information technologies in college PE teaching have also caused many misunderstandings and confusions. Many problems have not yet attracted attentions, which has prevented or delayed to different degrees the information technologies from being applied more deeply and extensively in college PE teaching. This essay summarizes and studies on the key points and major problems in information technologies applied in college PE teaching.

Abstract: Oriented education "outstanding engineers training plan", combined with the characteristics of university students after 90, teaching method required in the civil engineering undergraduate experiment is studied. To the "principle of concrete structure" experimental teaching reform as an example, it builds an organic experiment teaching platform with theoretical teaching across the curriculum, concrete structure associated , the "Yang section flexural bearing capacity of reinforced concrete demonstration experiments" optimize the comprehensive design experiments, has been clear about the experiment of hardware, software, data organization, management, etc. Thus it provides a certain reference basis for excellence in civil engineering undergraduate experiment teaching.

Abstract: Modularity has been recognized as a vital factor to implement mass customization. To obtain the optimization project of modular design, customer's requirements must be gained firstly. There has different level for each customer's requirement. So, the classification technology of customer's requirements, which using KANO model investigate questionnaire, is expatiated in this paper. Then, the attribute class of customer's requirements can be gained. A questionnaire, which using the household hanging air-conditioning system as an example, is proposed in this paper. The result, which using KANO theory to analyze, demonstrates the feasibility of the proposed approaches.

Abstract: The inefficiency regulation on non-profit public investment construction projects (NPICP) is an important problem to puzzle Chinese government who wants to search for a scientific regulatory system. It is the complexity of regulatory system that causes the inefficiency. In order to deal with this problem, the integrated management philosophy was put forward to reduce the complexity and increased transparency. Then we designed the three dimensional integrated regulatory mode according to the regulatory principles. The system operation was emphasized on discussing the implementation procedures, designing operation procedures. This model may provide a new perspective for optimizing government regulatory mechanism.

Abstract: We studied the Diophantine equation x2+4n=y11. By using the elementary method and algebraic number theory, we obtain the following conclusions: (i) Let x be an odd number, one necessary condition which the equation has integer solutions is that 210n-1/11 contains some square factors. (ii) Let x be an even number, when n=11k(k≥1), all integer solutions for the equation are(x,y)=(0,4k) ; whenn=11k+5(k≥0) , all integer solutions are(x,y)=(±211k+5,22k+1); when n≡1,2,3,4,6,7,8,9,10 the equation has no integer solution.

Abstract: A quantitative assay of interdisciplinary content of course of Physics and special disciplines studied by university students of environmental engineering specialities was carried out in the article. It was defined there are physical phenomenons, laws, theories taken as basis of special environmental engineering disciplines studied by senior students of university. A interdisciplinary physical cluster of discipline content was formed for students of environmental engineering specialities. The necessity of physics course studying prior to special discipline studying by university students of environmental engineering specialities was shown.

Abstract: This study based on the order degree model of industrial structure to make analysis of the national economic and social development plans of the10th and the11th Five-Year Plan, then evaluate and analyze the reasonableness and the implementation effect of industrial structure goals on Five-Year Plan in different provinces. Final analysis conclusions as follows: (1) China has entered the middle stage of industrialization; therefore, the transformation of economic growth and adjustment of the industrial structure have become the main tasks of regional development. (2) Industrial structure goals of the Five-Year Plan do not match its development stage of industrialization in most parts of China. And the improvement of the order degree index of the industrial structure is relatively slow. (3) 11th Five-Year tends to be more reasonable.

Abstract: Through a systematic and scientific manufacturing process approach of building awareness for the importance of cycle time improvement, providing the organization with knowledge on how to improve the manufacturing performance and then taking action on that knowledge. This paper will share how ATM made these incredible improvements in such a short time period by introducing factory physics concepts and rigorously applying them throughout the 9 months. Semiconductor Assembly Test Manufacturing (ATM) reduced cycle time by 35-70% in less than 1 year for semiconductor products. The results demonstrate the significant progress ATM has made in improving the effectiveness of the manufacturing by using Factory Physics (FP) concepts rather than relying on intuition.

Abstract: With the development of world economy and trade,as well as the reform of college English teaching and learning in China, the teaching and study of English for Specific Purposes (ESP) has also been developing rapidly. However, according to the functional theory of Halliday and the meaningful learning theory of Ausubel, ESP education and teaching in universities at different levels should suit students various professional needs and bear their own traits, therefore ESP teaching and learning mode should be designed with the intent to bring the improvement to students competitive ability. This paper attempts to discuss the design and application ESP teaching and learning mode in science and engineering universities so as to provide some reference to the reform of Xi 'an education and teaching.
