The Evaluation of Industry Development Policies of Chinas Five-Year Plan
Abstract:
This study based on the order degree model of industrial structure to make analysis of the national economic and social development plans of the10th and the11th Five-Year Plan, then evaluate and analyze the reasonableness and the implementation effect of industrial structure goals on Five-Year Plan in different provinces. Final analysis conclusions as follows: (1) China has entered the middle stage of industrialization; therefore, the transformation of economic growth and adjustment of the industrial structure have become the main tasks of regional development. (2) Industrial structure goals of the Five-Year Plan do not match its development stage of industrialization in most parts of China. And the improvement of the order degree index of the industrial structure is relatively slow. (3) 11th Five-Year tends to be more reasonable.
