Abstract: Sub-band space-time adaptive processing (STAP), which decomposes the wideband signal using sub-band filter bank, is the common intuitive way to suppress wideband interference. Based on studying angel-frequency distribution characteristics of wideband, sub-band interference and echo signal in space-time plane, the paper gives the physical significance of sub-band interference and echo signals space-time distribution and thus reveals theoretically the fundamental reason for the poor performance of sub-band STAP. Furthermore, the paper outlines the novel way for wideband linear frequency modulation (LFM) interference cancellation in the three-dimensional space-fractional Fourier domain.

Abstract: From the view of fuzzy cut set, the fuzzy concept lattice was analyzed and researched and a new kind of concept lattice was proposed. The concept lattice with every different confidence can be constructed through selecting different level of . From two different angles of context and concept, two corresponding construction methods, context cut method and concept cut method, were discussed, and some results were given. Furthermore, an example was provided to illustrate the method correct.

Abstract: As the increasing applications of streaming media, using the streaming media server to provide high-quality video service for people becomes a trend. Streaming media server for video format requirements has become the bottleneck of its development, In this paper, we give a kind of transcoding method, through compiling FFmpeg source code under the windows OS, adding the x264 video codec and FAAC audio library, we can get ffmpeg.exe which can run directly, and we use MFC to design the the operation interface, which used to convert other video formats into stream media server supported formats.

Abstract: Brain-Machine Interface (BMI) could make people control machine through EEG which is produced by the brain activity, and it provide a new communication method between human and machine. The research for BMI will extend the ability of communication and control the environment and machine. The key point of the BMI is how to abstract and distinguish different EEG characters. Therefore, EEG signal processing method is the emphasis of BMI.
Wavelet Transform and Hilbert-Huang Transform are used to analyze the EEG signal in this paper. The results indicate that these two methods could abstract the main characters of the EEG, but the Hilbert-Huang Transform could express the distributing status in the time and frequency aspect of the EEG more accurately, because it produces the self-adaptive basis according the data, and obtain the local and instantaneous frequency of the EEG.

Abstract: The objective of knowledge processing system is to promote knowledge integration, sharing and retrieval in distributed and heterogeneous environment. This paper puts forward a semantic oriented intelligent processing model-SOKPM for knowledge processing, which promises better access to relevant knowledge by producing a global domain ontology that is used for establishing semantic connections among the local autonomous knowledge sources as well as for retrieving those sources. In SOKPM, an up-bottom knowledge integration approach with a semantic transformation adapter framework is proposed to solve both the semantic heterogeneities and the query answering problems.

Abstract: With the development of wireless communication technology, SMS , as a kind of flexible communication tools, is widely used in the various units. Aimed at large quantities of SMS processing, this paper proposes a new scheduling algorithm based on multi-level feedback queue. Multi-level feedback queue scheduling algorithm can not only make the high priority jobs response, but also make the short operations (process) done quickly.

Abstract: The article analyzes the mathematical and physical models of the waves. Base on the oceanography existing statistical observations and spectrum function formula. This article puts forward the method of making waves modeling, and using mesh model and texture mapping techniques to achieve a photorealistic rendering of the waves. The methods have achieved good results in realistic and real-time.
