Abstract: Blood pressure is one of the most important indexes for human beings health. This paper presents an optimized algorithm to measure arterial blood pressure based on oscillometric technique. The bilateral filter and Gaussian-fitting method are respectively expressed to apply in noise eliminating, oscillation pulse extracting and curve fitting. The systolic pressure and diastolic pressure are determined by combination of proportional coefficient method, maximum slope method and curvature method. Moreover, a judgment for arrhythmias is employed in heart rate calculation. Experimental results have proved the precision and accuracy of the algorithm.

Abstract: Since the volume of hippocampal formation has been found to be an early biomarker for MCI and Alzheimer's disease, hippocampus segmentation plays a significant role in clinical diagnosis. Because hippocampus in MR images presents features of low contrast, low signal-to-noise ratio and discontinuous boundaries, accurate segmentation still remains a challenging task. We presented a survey of the methods used to segment the hippocampal formation in MR images of human brain and concluded with a discussion on the trend of the future research in hippocampus segmentation.

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of reliability evaluation for armored equipment, used Bayes fusion theory, combined with minimal amounts of reliability information on the field test, the paper fusioned reliability information of the same model for armored equipment, and completed the reliability assessment for a certain type of armored equipment. The test results show that the technology of multi-source information fusion can effectively solve the fusion problem of the prior fuzzy information and small sample test data, improve the accuracy of the reliability assessment, prove the feasibility and effectiveness for the multi-source information fusion in the armored equipment assessment.

Abstract: According to the characteristics of teaching materials diversity and intuitive man-machine communication, the object-oriented teaching aid system based on UML language is designed. Firstly, the principle of UML language is introduced, then the functions of this aid system are described, that is, student information management, operational subjects management, courseware management and system management, etc. On this basis, the system design is analyzed and described from the aspects of design process, application course, data structure and data sheet maintenance, focusing on the refining design of the system, pointing out that this system data can realize the management on the information about students, assessment, courseware and users. Finally the application process of the system is described, which can facilitate the teaching task.

Abstract: This paper presents an algorithm of network topology discovery based on OSPF protocol and introduces the implementation. It is different than the traditional topology discovery algorithms which are mostly based on SNMP and ICMP protocols. The test results show that it has made an efficient and useful solution to network topology discovery.

Abstract: Traditional job shop scheduling running time length and complexity of large defects, the paper proposes a rule-based optimization algorithm, with the longest duration as a condition of relative rest or scheduling rules to optimize the scheduling operations. The scheduling rules to ensure that the process of the longest remaining duration is scheduled and Priority scheduling the process that has the shortest working hours while. By comparing the relative remaining duration, to solve the optimal solution for each part of the scheduling, So that the entire operation to the global optimal solution or near optimal solutions. And provide algorithms of the mathematical model, the model of algorithm, the flow chart of algorithm and the specific code of it. Practice shows that in the face of complex scheduling, this scheduling algorithm that can guarantee the computing speed, but also shorten the construction period and close to the optimal solution; in the actual project has a strong practical value.

Abstract: In this paper, we consider a partial inverse problem of minimum connected spanning subgraph with cyclomatic number . That is, given a subgraph, a cyclomatic number and a constraint that the edge weights can only decrease, we want to modify the edge weights as little as possible, so that there exists a minimum connected spanning subgraph with cyclomatic number and containing the given subgraph. For the case that the given subgraph is a connected subgraph with cyclomatic number , we solve the problem in polynomial time by contracting the subgraph. And when the given subgraph is a spanning tree, we solve the problem in polynomial time by using the MST algorithm.

Abstract: Economic dispatch (ED) is a typical power system operation optimization problem. But it has non-smooth cost functions with equality and inequality constraints that make the problem of finding the global optimum difficult. According to the characteristics of economic dispatch problem, a improved algorithm based on particle swarm optimization for solving economic dispatch strategy is researched in this paper. Multi-objective economic\environmental dispatch demands that the pollutant emission of power plants should reach minimum while the condition of least generation cost should be satisfied. According to this demand, this multi-objective problem is solved by improved particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm. Using particle position and speed of change in the familiar update, the multi-objective particle swarm algorithm based on test function of this algorithm, and the simulation results of simulation optimization. The effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is verified by Simulation.

Abstract: Aiming to balance the robustness and imperceptibility of database watermark, propose a wavelet transform (DWT) based blind watermarking algorithm. The algorithm screens candidate attributes that can be embedded watermark and conducts subset segmentation and rearrangement, and then performs DWT transformation to the data subsets and the scrambled watermark image respectively. Embed the compressed low-frequency part of the watermark into the High-frequency part of the data set to achieve data fusion. Theoretical analysis and experiments show that the algorithm enjoys strong robustness and good invisibility.
