Abstract: The key components of ringmatrixpress is a loop die, whose periphery clouds of die hole, which is easy to deformation to failure, need for frequent replacement of the mold. This improves the production costs of biomass briquetting technology. The study of stress state of die hole can provide a theoretical basis for the design of strength, long life die hole. By theoretical analysis of the stress of circumstances in the different locations of the die hole, we explore the stress distribution in the die hole and the influence on the strength of the die hole, determine the optimal parameters of biomass briquetting process.By analyzing the deformation produced by die hole under the effect of the pressure load, we seek the law of molding pressure on the die hole.

Abstract: This paper is about dynamic simulation of the belt conveyor based on ADAMS and PRO/E, and analyzes the influence of the transport distance of the conveyor start-up. As the transport distance of belt conveyor increases, the time of which start-up speed increases from rapidly to slowly prolongs, and the lateral vibration of the belt is more severe. It provides a basis for the selection of start-up time and idler spacing.

Abstract: The important parameters of gear design were obtained by the analysis of gear drive failure. A gear drive parameters database was established according to the engineering actual situation. The design and development of the database effectively solved the problem of the gear design cycle long and the low efficiency. This database design advantageously improved the design quality, its characteristic was a convenient, quick, and accurate design. Users used this system, only needed to input some basic parameters of gear, the system automatically provided default values, fixed unreasonable design data, had intelligent function. At the same time, it could output the satisfactory design results.

Abstract: According to the transmission characteristics of the internal gear pair with few teeth difference, the models of finite element analysis are established reasonably after combining the principle of gear engagement, contact mechanics, and finite element concept and method. The relationship between the simulation model of finite element and the meshing process is made clearly. The simulation analysis is performed subtly for the meshing process of the internal gear pair using the finite element analysis method. The main factors of multi-pair teeth meshing effect have been shown and the effect of multi-pair teeth meshing on the gear bending stress is analyzed.

Abstract: The hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) is becoming one of the main trends of the development of automobile technology. The structure and operation principle of HEV are introduced. The noise and vibration (NV) of engine, motor, generator, power split device, converter assembly and battery in HEV were analyzed. According to the NV characteristics in HEV, the measurements for NV control technology such as the excitation source control technology and route control technology were summarized, which provides a reference for further studying of the NV in HEV.

Abstract: This paper puts forward a novel design method of controller based on BP neural network, which is applied to the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) double closed loop speed regulation system of speed regulator, by using the neural network controller instead of traditional PID controller. It applies the nonlinear adaptive ability of neural network for optimizing the control parameters of PID controller for PMSM. The simulation model was established in Matlab/Simulink. The simulation results indicate that the neutral network PID controller, compared with the traditional PID, has strong robustness and adaptive ability to the model and environments, indicating the good dynamic and static characteristics and control effects.

Abstract: A BP neural networks is presented for billet character recognition. Firstly, by a series of image processing techniques, the character’feature in the billet character region of the video image gathered by frame grabber is abstracted. Secondly, the BP neural networks algorithm is employed for character recognition. Application results show that the image recognition based BP neural networks can performs well in billet character recognition, and the method presented is speedy, efficient and of high value in practice.

Abstract: Based on the field and lab measuerement in harvest time, Physical and mechanical properties of fritillaria ussuriensis maxim (FUM) are researched. Geometrical properties of FUM are analyzed using mathematical statistics method, and the variation sections of main index values of two kinds of FUM are obtained. Mechanical properties of FUM outsifting in screen penetrating process are tested by means of friction experiment, the friction coefficient and angle of repose of two kinds of FUM are obtained using mathematical statistics method. Grade sieve machine is designed based on the analysis of mechanophysical properties of FUM. The main parameters are: shape of sieve pore is rectangle, screen diameter is 20mm, sieve pore dimension of upper layer is 13×20mm2, middle layer is 9×18mm2, and under layer is 7×10mm2. By testing of friction coefficient and angle of repose and movement and dynamics analysis of grade sieve, outsifting velocity is 7<<9rad/s and acceleration is 4<a<13m/s2 in screening process.
