A Design of FPGA-Based Interpolator on Digital Integration

Article Preview

Abstract:

The digital integrator algorithm was used to design a fine interpolation open-loop numerical control system with the FPGA as a microprocessor to achieve a three-axis linkage. On the basis of analyzing the digital integrator interpolation principle, this paper is prepared to provide an overall program design, with the simulation being completed by VHDL language programming. As evidenced by the simulation results, the FPGA-based interpolator on digital integration can easily achieve the more complex movement, providing an effective way for the machining interpolation.
