Fault Analysis and Modification of Spray Painting Robot Travelling System
Abstract:
When the spray painting robot is in service, the synchronous pulley falls off and the robot touches the ground. Through analyzing the stress condition of the travelling system with the statics method, the paper points out the cause is that the mounting surface of the synchronous pulley is deformed due to system weight. The fault can be avoided by changing the transmission level of the original drive system and increasing the bearing support capacity so that the system weight can directly act on the rack.
