Research on Electronic Materials with Fault Diagnosis Method for Digital Circuit Board Based on TPS

Abstract:

The system uses a high stability of the VXI bus as the control core, and a variety of advanced electronic materials with fault diagnosis method in the application of mature TPS test vector generation method, the set of fault dictionary and intelligent exploration pen in one, for under the conditons of modern information technology equipment rapid and ifficient protection of the ability to provide a resrarch avenues to explore. The TPS-based circuit board electronic materials with fault diagnosis system has been successfully used in the diagnosisi of barious types of radar circuit.
