Abstract: This paper provides an analysis on three variables based on observation and experiment: Brent oil prices, the dollar exchange rate and the dollar liquidity (M2), and verifies their interactions relations. The analysis shows that the Granger reason of Brent oil price is the dollar exchange rate and extends the Krugmans achievement. The concept of dollar liquidity (M2) illustrates the important role of oil price in global economic system. China should guide the oil price to a reasonable interval by making full use of the top of oil consumption status in the world.

Abstract: In recent years, energy problem has been the focus of government and public attention. This paper presents a new approach to a quantitative analysis on the industriesdemand for energy in china based on an integration of econometric modeling and input-output analysis. It incorporates a new methodology for assessing the effect of economic policy on industriesdemand for energy within a complete econometric model of Chinese economy. The model is employed to analyze the influence of monetary policy on 33 industriesdemand for energy in China.

Abstract: This paper studies management and coordination problems of electric vehicle battery supply chain based on old for new selling strategies. Closed-loop supply chain is widely applied in electric vehicle remanufacturable battery industry. Two channels of battery recycling are considered, which are recycling station channel and retailer channel. Recycling battery in recycling station channel is discarded battery, which is low value and high cost to remanufacturing, while recycling battery in retailer channel is used battery, which is good condition and low cost to remanufacturing but high collecting cost. The mathematical models based on Stackelberg model are established and prove that the old for new selling strategies is Pareto improvement, which increase profit both of supplier and retailer and enlarge the scale of market.

Abstract: This manuscript aims to apply the method of criticality matrix to evaluate critical raw materials for China. The matrix includes two dimensions, the supply risk evaluated by net import dependency and import concentration, and the economic importance evaluated by value-added value of consumption sectors. The results indicate that the most critical raw materials for China are Chromite, Cobalt, Manganese, Nickel, Iron ore, and Niobium & Tantalum.

Abstract: In the current power system scale, complex structure of the power market reform and the new situations, using the deterministic safety standards to describe the security of the power system in power market, already did not adapt the need for safety and economical operation of power system. Evaluation of power system operation risk based on risk consequences for failure probability may occur in the operation of power system and its severity, the comprehensive evaluation system of the risk, and operation of the quantization system for a risk index. This paper first introduces the basic theory of operation risk assessment of power system, research results summarized domestic electricity workers in this field, the research contents and methods, and discusses its application status and development trend, laid the foundation for the further research of power system operation and safety risk assessment.

Abstract: In China countryside, the government policies encouraging individual farmers to construct biogas digester were strongly promoted to take clean biogas as the main household energy consumption, replacing the traditional way of biomass combustion energy. The construction and application situation of biogas digester since the new energy policies implementation was surveyed with the method of questionnaire survey, discussed and analyzed in detail with classification analysis method. The feedback of survey reports shows that three important factors including subsequent technical services, the shortage of financial support and insufficient fermentation raw material, have badly hampered the extensive construction of biogas digester and comprehensive utilization of biogas in different fields.
