Rapid Layout Design System Research and Application for Beverage-Packaging Production Line

Abstract:

In order to realize rapid design for Beverage-Packaging production line, a Beverage-Packaging production line rapid layout system framework was constructed, and a Beverage-Packaging production line integrated model framework was proposed. A design process model for Beverage-Packaging production line was studied. Key technologies were discussed, including machine layout location, buffer settings and conveying line calculation, etc. Finally, the proposed theory and technologies were realized in the prototype software system, and the system was applied in a Beverage-Packaging production line manufacturer.
