Abstract: Here a simple method was developed to fabricate hydrophilic Polyethersulphone film via a sol-gel process. The correspondent hydrophilicity was evaluated by infrared spectral analysis, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, the contact angle measurement, atomic force microscope and scanning electron microscope analysis, respectively. Both FTIR and XPS analysis indicated that the film surfaces have a relatively dense sol layer, which favors to become hydrophilic. AFM analysis demonstrated that the higher hydrophilicity was mainly attributed to the surface roughness, while SEM images show that the micro/nanometer crater-like protrusions appears on the film surfaces, whereas the spongy structures & the finger-like structures appear in cortex and intermediate layer respectively. This leads to the hydrophilic film forming after film being treated by sol-gel method.

Abstract: To realize images high speed and real-time transfer, the high speed USB2.0 interface which is based on TMS320DM642’sHPI and the CY7C68013A’sGPIF was designed. The projects of the hardware interface, firmware and application program were also presented. The interface implements the Bulk transfer mode, which makes the throughput meet requirement. The system makes the lossless transfer of the images possible, write speed of which is up to 30.7MB/s and read speed is up to 25.6MB/s. The result shows the design can meet powerful data transfer requirements.

Abstract: Generally canoes are the most popular boat in leisure activity on the water. Recently, its demand has been continuously increased, furthermore, the recent users hope that those canoes are high degree of quality, mass production and cheap cost etc.. For solving this problems, the wooden canoe manufactured by the strip construction method has been commonly used for leisure activity of various field. However, this method mentioned above is not suitable for mass production which needs a effective operation, managements as well as cheap product cost. In this paper, the new construction method, called the piling-up laminated construction method which is composed with new both 3D design system and manufacturing technology to satisfy all the canoe shape accepting previous user's various needs and the need of mass production is studied with using the laminated wooden plates. The manufacturing technology of the laminated plate kit type could be applied flexibly in both the mass production and small production by user's order. Furthermore, the laminated plate kit type compared to the strip construction method could be decreased to about 1/3 the time required for production, manpower and cost. Consequently, it could be verified that the laminated plate kit type was able to make a major contribution to improve the reliability of product.

Abstract: This paper presents a project of missile guidance system based on the strapdown guidance technology. The project is composed of strapdown seeker and inertial measurement unit. The integrated guidance and control technology have been adopted. The project raise accuracy of missiles on the premise that the low cost should be guaranteed. According to simulation experiment, this paper proves the feasiblity of the scheme, and it has good ballistic missile.

Abstract: In this paper, we design a full color LED display remote wireless control system, which based on the ARM microprocessor for embedded real-time operating system technology, and combine with the wireless WiFi broadband for wireless data transmission. The system uses the ARM microprocessor as the core and the device of FPGA. It can transport and update wireless data、refresh dynamic features、scan the display with cyclic and so on. It can achieves remote wireless control of LED display.

Abstract: Billiard is a kind of activity in sports science and recreational sports requiring intelligence and skills. The main purpose of this study is to design the robot that can automatically play the billiard using the image processing technology, decision analysis and mechatronics. The mechanical image processing system is to search the coordinate position of the billiards automatically by the CCD camera. The decision analysis of billiard robot is to determine the golf bag for the goal and the angle of the sub-ball crashed into the pockets quickly and correctly using the gray theory. In the end, it would output the result of the operation to the institutions of billiard robot, making sub-ball being crashed into the pockets accurately.The focus of this study is to locate the central position of the cue ball and the sub-ball on the table using image processing techniques, and then to make billiard robot follow the geometric distribution of sub-ball and the cue ball to decide the easiest bag to crash into by means of gray decision-making. Then make the correct decision on how to find the target golf bag when there is a cue ball and a sub-ball on the table, and on how to find out the easiest target goal of sub-ball with the ball bag and its golf bag when there is a cue ball and more than one sub-ball by considering the geometric relationship among pockets, sub-ball and cue ball. Finally, the results of the decision-making system are verified using experiments.

Abstract: According to the radio frequency effect mechanism, the performances of SMD capacitor used for RF protection of SCB initiators were studied theoretically and experimentally. The 99.9% firing RF power of SCB initiators without any protection is 14.15W, but none of SCB initiators in parallel with SMD capacitor fired at 20W. The results of capacitor discharge experiment indicate that SMD capacitor has no influences on electrical explosive performances of SCB initiators. Its RF protection capability for SCB initiators of SMD capacitor was tested by RF sensitivity experiment, and the results show that it could significantly reduce the RF sensitivity of SCB initiators when in parallel with appropriate SMD capacitor.

Abstract: In order to control digitally the print-through, the print-through criterion of offset printing was studied in this article. For 4 given paper samples, the paper properties including paper opacity and K&N ink absorbency were tested, and then print-through value expressed with ΔD and ΔEab* was measured under 9 sets of printing condition. The results showed that lower printing press and higher printing speed were helpful to reduce the print-through. And under the same printing conditions, the print-through value of cyan ink print was slightly larger than that of magenta ink print. In addition, the print-through values of offset paper samples were a bit larger than that of newsprint samples. In particular, no matter what kind of conditions were, the print-through value expressed with ΔD and ΔEab* were lower than 0.04 and 4NBS when the PTR value was larger than 72%. The criterion of print-through was firstly given, which was very helpful to choose paper during the offset printing.

Abstract: Permanent maglev has been since long recognized to be unstable because of Earnshaw's theory, which theoretically proved that permanent maglev can not achieve stable equilibrium in static state. How about that in dynamic state, for example, about a rotator, nobody has given an answer until now actually. A permanent maglev pump and a permanent maglev turbine have been developed, by using a patented permanent magnetic bearing developed by the author. Experiments demonstrated, there is a critic speed either in the pump or in the turbine, under which the rotors in the pump and the turbine have a maximal eccentricity being possible to reach the gap between the rotor and the stator. That means the rotors have contact with the stators occasionally, and thus the rotor is not suspended. In case the rotating speed is higher than this critic speed, the rotors' eccentricity will be remarkably smaller than the gap between the rotor and the stator, that is to say the rotor is stably levitated. Further investigation exhibtes that at the critic speed a so-called gyro-effect is generated which stabilizes the rotor, just like a gyro standing over a ball, if the rotating speed is large enough it can be stable over the ball. The critic speed, essentially to be minimal stable speed of the rotor, depends on the rotating inertia of the rotor and the bearing force, the larger the inertia and the larger the force, the lower the critic speed. Conclusively, a route chart to stabilization of permanent maglev rotator has been clear: in static state, permanent maglev is unstable (Earnshaw's theory); as the rotating speed gradually increases but not up to a critic speed, the permanent maglev rotator is also unstable; in case that the speed equals or is larger than this critic speed, the permanent maglev rotator is suspended stably because of gyro-effect; the critic speed is affected by rotating inertia of the rotor and the bearing force, by larger inertia and larger bearing force, the critic speed will be smaller.
