Abstract:

With the rapid development of computer and the mobile communication technology, the use of mobile phone technologies in education is getting more attention nowadays, which makes people gain learning environment and resources anytime and anywhere. We made a research of the theory of M-Learning based on smart mobile phone, and then built an iOS-based M-Learning platform including education platform module, learning resource library, management module, as well as end-user client implemented and deployed on iPhone.
