Study on Molding Processing Method of New Type Shotcrete Machine Helical Blade

Abstract:

Based on the analyses and researches of the structure characteristics of new type shotcrete machine and the processing methods of helical blade, the calculation of the spiral blade is obtained; the blanking and tension-forming processing method of a helical blade is concluded; the processing difficulties and the matters that need attention when machined are analyzed; the assembly welding measures of the single helical blade and the aging treatments and corrections of deformation are given, which will all effectively guarantee uniform mixing and quantitative delivery function requirements.
