Abstract: Aimed at these shorts of the unity expert system in radar servo system fault diagnosis, analyzing the structure of radar servo system and characteristic of equipments fault, a new method of neural network interfused with traditional expert system is presented in radar fault diagnosis. The frame and function expression of radar fault diagnosis system based on neural network and traditional expert system are given. The select method of diagnosis parameter and the setting up process of knowledge database and module of neural network are analyzed.

Abstract: The paper is to objectively describe the features of facial diagnosis of CHB patients with Chinese medicine facial diagnosis digital detection system, analyze the changes of facial diagnosis parameters and to explore the correlation between facial color, gloss parameters and liver function. The study reflects the Yellow parameter of CHB patients are significantly higher than that of normal group (P<0.05), but the Red parameter and Black parameter of CHB patients are lower (P<0.05).liver function of G and AlT in CHB patients are negatively correlated with facial diagnosis parameters while AST is positively correlated, which indicates facial diagnosis parameters can be used as the basis of Chinese medical syndrome diagnosis of the disease. This study puts forward a new method and idea for clinical syndrome differentiation of CHB.

Abstract: This paper studies the issue of rescheduling to allow for the unexpected arrival of new jobs, taking into account the effect of the disruptions on a previously planned optimal schedule. We consider the single-machine rescheduling problems with deteriorating jobs. Rescheduling means that a set of original jobs has already been scheduled to minimize some classical objective, then a new set of jobs arrives and creates a disruption. The objective is to minimize the total tardiness costs under a limit of the disruptions from the original scheduling. We propose polynomial time algorithms or some dynamic programming algorithms for each problem.

Abstract: ZigBee technology is more and more used in complex and bad industrial monitoring and control environment. At the same time, ZigBee nodes are usually powered by batteries, so prolonging the working time and reducing the power consumption of the nodes is very important. If the wireless nodes can turn into sleep mode in spare time of communication, it will further reduce the node power consumption. But in sleep period, the node can't communication with other node, we need to synchronous awaken and dormancy, so precise time synchronization for wireless sensor network application is particularly important. This paper will apply FTSP algorithm in the ZigBee network and realize the network time synchronization. At the same time, it doesn't increase power consumption of the network.

Abstract: By studying static scheduling algorithm Deadline Monotonous Scheduling (DMS) which assigns the priority fixedly to each message based on its deadline before starting the system and dynamic scheduling algorithm Earliest Deadline First (EDF) which assigns the priority dynamically based on its remaining deadline in the running time of system, combining the cheap CPU cost of DMS and high network utilization of EDF and using the layered structure, we presented a hybrid scheduling algorithm with considering critical level of messages. Based on the work mentioned above, the simulation platform of CANbus is developed with MATLAB/SimEvents tool box. The platform was used to real-time analysis for the scheduling algorithms mentioned before, the simulation results showed that the hybrid scheduling algorithm could not only improve the real-time performance of system, but also reduce the cost of processor.

Abstract: This paper proposes an VBA add in function for excel for a dynamic statistics and allocation table for the quota of teaching-practicing normal graduates. The add in function initially calls some built-in functions such as SUMPRODUCT to sum all interlaced and partition columns. Then it applies the "protection attribute" of cell and "protect worksheet function" to protect the worksheets layout and existing formulas. After added the menu design by VBA programming, it finishes the dynamic statistical sheet in form of the template. This add in function has been approved that the efficiency of allocating the quota of teaching-practicing graduates can be improved a lot through this powerful add in.

Abstract: Nowadays the knowledge of information systems and their effective application during business operations is an essential requirement for the survival of enterprises. This factor belongs to the most significant economic challenges of the XXI. century. The role of information systems is very complex, having separate modules for performing numerous business functions. [4,15] The economic development level of a country can be seen as a reliable reference to the degree of its IT development in general or to the number of information systems applied by the enterprises operating there. Starting from this assumption, the present paper deals with the differences observed in the application of information systems among German and Hungarian enterprises.

Abstract: Equity incentive is a two-edged sword. In this paper, a three party game model among shareholders, the manager and auditor is built to study the equity incentives negative effects. The results are: the probability of the manager and the auditors collusion to manipulate accounting information is negative connected with the shareholders punishment, and is positive connected with the monitoring cost. Shareholders should improve the technical ability and measures to punish the manager and auditor heavily when they collude to manipulate financial information; Shareholders and the regulatory agencies should give no chance to the manager and the auditor to obtain extra income from accounting information manipulation as much as possible.

Abstract: With the growing development of the society nowadays, the economic growth in China is also increasing fast, which deeply influences the decisions and options that university students make to plan for their future and to seek for the opportunities of the internship. This paper analyzes the attitude and the aims towards to internship for the university students, especially for those who major in engineering management, combining the actual cases analysis, this paper introduces the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (FCE) and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to build the combination model named Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP). It is applied to better selection of the internship for whom majoring in engineering management. The actual results show that it can solve such multi-factor, multi-level and uncertain decision making problems, which is of practical significance to the university students who are searching for the internship of engineering management.

Abstract: In this paper, the-expansion method is applied to construct more general exact travelling solutions of the (2+1)-dimensional breaking soliton equations. The travelling wave solutions are expressed by the hyperbolic functions, the trigonometric functions and the rational functions.
