With continuously worsen of environmental,People gradually realize the importance of environment improvement.Development of City as a place for creating wealth becomes a focus problem.This paper introduces the current situation of the development of Shijiazhuang city,firstly.Then we analyzed the problems in the development of low carbon ecological city.Finally, we put forward some development proposals.
