Abstract:

This study investigates the contents of the house performance rating system of South Korea, its problems and development plan. First, the house performance rating system has been being implemented for the purpose of improving the quality of house and providing faithful and precise house information to residents. Second, the rating system is being operated as a scheme to assess the house performance in South Korea. Finally, a close investigation and establishment of a plan are required for the classification of house performance rating.
