Study on Cutting Tooth Strength of Spiral Drilling Shearer Based on LS-DYNA

Article Preview

Abstract:

In order to study the structure and shape of the three different cross-sectional shapes of the mechanical properties of the teeth, for the cutter during cutting is immediately effective in the external load and characteristics, the use of LS-DYNA established three different shapes of the flexible structure of the cross-sectional tooth physical model, based on kinetic theory building displays constitutive model based IEF coal wall model. Through the next three shapes cutter cutting process simulation, the cut-off stress at the tooth tip curve and its statistical value, different coals under the stress of each cutting tooth size changes and trends; findings for the study of cross-sectional strength of the shape of its teeth, improving coal cut rate, and improve cutter life work provides an important basis. Auger shearer is the selection, design, personalization adapt and use to provide a new means and methods.
