Abstract:

In the process of the Installation and quality testing of the slewing ring , In connection withinjuries for workers installing ball and inconvenience for quality testing of slewing ring , we establish a slewing bearing assembly and quality inspection system based on virtual instrument .with labview interface , the system goes to control the stepper motor forward, reverse , indexing stepping and stopping , in order to stimulate the slewing ring to rotate , so that workers install ball ; Meanwhile, wo can go to collect, display, store the information of the slewing ring , generate reports, and query historical data .
