A Fixing Device for Temperature Test of Gas Phase in Cigarette

Abstract:

Temperature test was very important for product development and quality control of cigarette industry. However, gas temperature test inside cigarette was very difficult and time-consuming due to small volume of cigarette and lack of proper fixing device of temperature probe. In present paper, a fixing device for temperature test of cigarette was designed and developed. Thermal couple was well fixed by present device and can be inserted into the cigarette conveniently and quickly. Precision of location and depth of insertion was 0.002mm. Repeatability of parallel experiment was ensured. Test efficiency of temperature field was improved. Automaticity of temperature test was enhanced. With the increasing demand on gas temperature test inside cigarette, present fixing device will have good commercial prospect in market place.
