Study on Cross-Border Network Purchasing through Agents Risk Evaluation Index System

Abstract:

The related issues are constantly emerging as the cross-border network purchasing through agents develops rapidly. The paper analyzes the risk on cross-border network purchasing through agents. The Delphi method is used to establish the risk evaluation index for domestic buyers, online purchasing agent platform and customs supervision department in order to provide a scientific and reasonable evaluaiton index system.
