Research on the Selection of Logistics Service Innovation Mode Based on Industrial Clusters

Abstract:

Based on logistics industry clusters, the paper discusses innovation mode selection mechanism. Firstly, it expounds theories of logistics industry clusters. Then based on AHP, the key factors considered in the selection of innovation mode are used as the system of the measurement indexes, establish the AHP model, construct the judgment matrix and analyze data, obtain the weight coefficients of different logistics modes and do with consistency check. Finally, analyze results and make a conclusion. This method transfers the problem of qualitative into quantitative one and helps logistics clusters on mode selection problem of decision-making, thus contributes to innovation activities of logistics industry clusters.
