Analysis on Dynamic Failure of Steel Spherical Latticed Shell with Vibration Isolation Bearings under Strong Earthquake
Abstract:
this paper uses SAP2000 structure analysis software, designed a span of 60 m, rise-span ratio 0.25 of the double-layer spherical reticulated shell, the presence of isolation bearing of two kinds of structure forms are studied, firstly analyzes the dynamic characteristics of the two, and then used in the program focus on plastic hinge theory considering the material nonlinear and geometry nonlinear effect. EL selected seismic waves along the structure of the three-input, two structures were carried out on the elastic-plastic time history analysis. The results show that the original structure and isolated structure failure mechanism are basically the same, belong to dynamic instability failure. Structure by reducing the overall level of structure stiffness to make structural natural vibration period increases, large extent reduce the seismic response of the upper structure; And isolation structure improves the structure damage boundary peak acceleration, delay the time the collapse of the structure.
