This paper mainly analyzes development situation of the Internet of Tings and RFID Radio Frequency Technology and Cloud Computing,the two core technologies.The design builds a three layer underground parking lot apply Internet of things.Scheme is expounded the equipment and technology required to form a iot,The wireless light sensor,Single Chip Microcomputer,LED Signal Light,LCD touch screen,an so on.cloud computing total management control is used to achieving intelligent parking lot, intelligent left, intelligent door control, etc.
