Abstract:

Electronic delivery system is an important part of the textile process, The control performance of the fit and unfit quality directly affect the quality of the loom weaving. The traditional electronic let-off system is often single shaft control the rotation of the beam. This paper studies the multiaxial let-off system, Implementation of carbon fiber braided Angle of multilayer structure. In the system hardware design, servo system by ac servo motor convert electrical signal into mechanical displacement; TMS320LF2407 let off part of the control system is chosen to realize the electronic let-off system of this project, Mainly includes the controller chip TMS320LF2407 and the outside of the extension module, Its specific data including master control module, power supply and reset, (tension) information acquisition module, servo driver, serial communication module, the starting circuit, etc.
