Electrocircuit Modeling and Simulation Analysis of a Resonant Acoustic Gas Sensor

Article Preview

Abstract:

A modified equivalent circuit model of an acoustic gas sensor with resonator is introduced in this paper. Based on FMYB and Babak models, our modified RCL-link model simulates the impedance curve in terms of amplitude and resonant frequency well. This modeling would be a helpful step to the gas mixture measurement and analysis.
