Research and Design for a Cell Wheel of Seed-Drille Appliance

Abstract:

The key components of planter was the cell wheel, its performance directly affected the quality of the seed. Seed-drille appliance used when faced with a sliding clearance kinds of seed material damage, as well as from the end of seeding mouth kind Gully large distance seeds during seed cast seed tube wall by conduction caused by obstruction seeds bounce in the ditch, affecting the spacing and reduce spacing pass rate and other issues. For the above agronomic requirements, the process of drilling was researched, and the cell wheel of seed-drille appliance was designed legitimately. The diameter of the seed-drille appliance and the hole type of the cell wheel and the number of the hole was calculated.
