Abstract:

The accuracy of convergence at the solution of a problem of determination of margin of safety of the rivet composition is operating in the conditions of action of stretching and momentary loading in the plane, the perpendicular plane of composition was investigated. The problem is solved by classical methods and also by method of final elements in the software complex Ansys 12. Difference in specific values of the margin of safety of load on each point of fastener between the theoretical calculations and calculation in the Ansys ystem was from 324,7 to 926,3 percent. Accounting fastener pull reduced the margins of safety by 84,1 percent.
