Research and Development of High Grade Gear Steel SCM420H for Automobile

Abstract:

ShouQin Metallic Material Co., LTD developed the high grade gear steel SCM420H for car manufactured by electric furnace compact processing route process. With the process measures such as beneficiated material principle, making foamed slag in smelting process, over roll-protection casting and electromagnetic stirring in and control coolness velocity after rolling, the results show that steel reach to high quality level with high pureness, hardenability and malleability well cooperated.
