The Factors that Influence the Intelligence Utilization of College Students Serving in Rural Areas-Based on the Investigation of the Needs of College Students in Wuhan Province

Abstract:

In order to analyze the factors those influence the intelligence utilization of college students serving in rural areas and to provide appropriate recommendations. By investigating the needs of college students in Wuhan Province through questionnaire and personal interviews, the results show that college-graduates play a pivotal role in the construction of rural culture and economy in China, but they would like to concern their own interests such as the wage, the geographical choice and the like. Government should start with some objective factors when they employ college students to rural areas, especially to the less developed regions in western .The policy also should combine with the actual situation and emphasize on the specific characteristics to enhance the attractiveness.
