Technology of Image Compression Coding Based on Walsh Transform

Abstract:

With the rapid development of the Internet era, in order to improve the speed of image transmission and storage, this paper presents a new method to use Walsh transform on data block which size is not 2ⁿ. And this paper focuses on the research of Walsh transform application in color image compression coding. The method is simple and can get good result through the experimental simulation.
