Abstract:

The evaluation of the rural infrastructure construction is the premise and foundation of its decision-making. In order to promote the integration and common prosperity of urban and rural development, gradually narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas, and improve the efficiency of the new socialist rural infrastructure construction, this paper analyzed the characteristics of rural infrastructure construction of Shaanxi province based on a large number of visiting to research and classified the rural infrastructure construction of Shaanxi. In the end of the paper, it proposed the Gray-AHP evaluation methods of rural infrastructure construction ,which will play a guiding role for rural infrastructure construction of Shaanxi province in future.
